I am aware that I had a perforated eardrum and that it may take time to heal, but I am fully aware and responsible for my work in that in this situation where I have lost a large part of my hearing, I am unable to work. I wasn't at the institution to just get a certificate, much less being forced to watch the lady drink her coffee inside the office with all her arrogance and lack of professionalism. I hope you really learn to empathize with your patients. I do not recommend this professional to anyone.

Horrible service from receptionists after 1pm. I arrived at the emergency room and people who arrived with me were seen first. I went to complain and they said it was like that. Because it depended on the doctor, in a cold mood, they looked like robots, repeating that it was a 1:30 to 2 hour wait and it seemed like it was all together, whoever had an appointment with whoever arrived at the emergency room.

Bad place...dismissive attendants...I spent two hours waiting for service in front of them and they told me they called me and I didn't listen. After two hours of waiting, the doctors left and I was left without care. A waste of staff and location. Terrible attendance! Look for another emergency room!

Péssimo atendimento.hoje dia 16/10/19 fui ás 18 horas para pronto atendimento com minha filha reclamando de dor de ouvido.Chegando lá a funcionária da recepção disse que o total de atendimento tinha excedido sendo que no site essa informação não é clara.Diz que o atendimento é até ás 18:30horas. Creio que os funcionários "criaram" esse método para saírem ás 18:30. A Unimed deveria colocar funcionário para atender até o horário real ou então tirar o pronto atendimento.Já foi um ótimo local de atendimento .Muita rotatividade de funcionários,tanto que a moça nem conhece a médica que operou minha filha.

Dirty place, horrible service. In a period of 40 minutes sitting, I saw three other people complain, not just about the delay, and they were seeing different doctors. This just shows that disorganization is widespread. The attendants didn't know how to give any information, they didn't know how to proceed, they were rude in a way. Terrible. I will make a point of taking this experience forward and will complain to the health plan. I work, I have restricted hours, I waited for 30 minutes over time and there was still someone in front of me. Zero rating!
