Essa demora é absurda pra quem está infartando. Meu pai precisou do PA inúmeras vezes, fez até amizades com médicos e enfermeiros de lá. Tem ótimos médicos e médicos péssimos. Da última vez, meu pai chegou agonizando e queriam dar alta pra ele sendo que ele já estava em falência renal, até que outro médico assumiu o caso e resolveu ter um olhar mais humano pro meu pai. Não vou citar nomes aqui. A equipe de enfermagem é sensacional, sempre muito atenciosos. A assistente social, supervisora, todas muito atenciosas. Outro ponto que é péssimo é a comunicação. O PA simplesmente não liga para informar como o paciente está. A família fica perdida! Infelizmente meu pai faleceu. Não pode haver demora pra atender casos de suspeita de infarto, por exemplo.

As a UPH deprives patients of coming and going, I needed to eat, and I would have to wait 4 hours, I spoke to an attendant in the laboratory department and he informed that my test had arrived at the laboratory at 9:50 pm, and the result deadline is 3 at 4 am, incoherent and meaningless not being able to go out to eat. I will make a formal complaint to the health ombudsman. I hope this procedure changes.

    Excelente atendimento da recepção. Há cadeiras para locomoção. Setor de raio X prestativo. Dr Fernando muito preocupado com o bem estar do paciente, seguindo os pré-requisitos do SUS. Porém o atendimento se torna demorado, visto que não seguem os padrões de risco. Como azul, verde, amarelo e vermelho. A equipe de enfermagem não segue a regra o que torna o atendimento demorado e deixa os pacientes com dor. Idosos e crianças devem ter prioridade. Seguindo também a escala de risco.
