Minha filha precisou de atendimento médico na madrugada de domingo, o local estava vazio, ao tentar abrir a ficha fomos informados que o atendimento pelo convênio havia sido negado. Entramos em contato com a operadora que nos informou que a clínica quem deveria entrar em contato para liberação do atendimento, o funcionário que estava no local foi extremamente grosseiro dizendo que não era dever dele ligar para resolver. Imagina só, procurar atendimento médico de urgência com uma bebê de 2 anos com febre e ver a ma vontade e falta de empatia com o próximo! Foi decepcionante, pois sempre fui bem atendida pelo Dr. Jeferson! Fica aqui minha indignação em sair com uma criança sem sequer as pessoas que estavam no local perguntarem o motivo de estarmos ali!

Nunca fui tão mal atendida assim em toda minha vida, um descaso total, o consultório vazio e uma demora descomunal, os funcionários não estão nem ai, ficam rindo alto e vendo vídeos no celular enquanto vc espera quase 1h pra sua ficha ficar pronta!! Fui embora sem atendimento e nao volto nunca mais

Excelente. Os diagnósticos e remédios receitados são certeiros. Muitas vezes resolvidos na própria clínica ou encaminhados e levados pelo próprio médico e ambulância da clínica ao hospital quando o caso é mais grave, como no caso do meu marido enfartado. Parabéns Dr Jeferson. Nota MIL

We took our elderly mother at night, around 10:00 pm, feeling very ill with a heart attack, the reception informed that they no longer covered the insurance, that they were no longer associated with the plan and stated that it had been a while, the doctor was next door from the receptionist, he witnessed everything, I asked if they provided private care as it was a matter of life or death, we needed urgent care, the receptionist informed the consultation cost of R$260.00, excluding exams and medication, we were willing to pay, that was when the doctor she said: but if she has a health insurance plan, she takes it to the hospital, the waiting time here is the time it will take to get to the hospital... what a lack of care, they did not provide care, nor were they willing to pay for the particular lack of help!! We signed the agreement, which informed us that it has been 1 week since we stopped being members! Lies and failure to help. Unfortunate!!!
