But Dr. Rosana doesn't listen to her patients, she alone knows everything, she gave me an undated certificate addressed to the INSS This in turn held me back for 5 months But when I arrived halfway through the treatment, I told Dr. Rosana that I wasn't feeling any better, she increased the medication and on 07/07/2022 I went by her and informed her that it was still bad and asked for another certificate so I could take better care of myself. She told me she couldn't give it to me because INSS had already done everything for me.
