    I bought an Itatiaia brand stove and Itatiaia recommended this company to convert and install the stove. I got in touch and made the appointment for 08/23 during business hours, I informed them that I would wait for them and that service here in the building where I live is only allowed until 4:00 pm. I missed the day of work, they didn't come and they didn't call to give me satisfaction. I called to let them know what had happened and they asked if I wanted to reschedule.     Sometimes what's cheap is expensive. I didn't want to buy the inhalation service when they came to change the gas in the stove because I thought it was expensive but I deeply regretted it, it was just a problem. I called the authorized person again and they were very helpful, the next day they fixed the gas leak and everything was working fine.

    The type of company that doesn't care about your time. It was a Thursday, I scheduled an appointment for Friday to have my Esmaltec stove converted into a warranty, and the part installed on the gas network. The technician called me at 3pm on Friday saying he was coming, I rescheduled some service meetings I had here to assist him and he didn't come, he didn't call to let me know, no one from the administration called me to tell me he wasn't coming. I called the technician and SLK several times and no one answered. I had a lunch scheduled for Saturday here, so I was urgent, I had to hire another emergency service on Friday night paying much more, losing the warranty on my stove, because these incompetent people don't respect consumers. Detail, they only came to look for me today, Tuesday. It would have been 4 days without a stove if I hadn't hired another company. The neglect is enormous. So I made them come and when they arrived I said I didn't need it anymore.

    Relatos de falta de comprometimento são reais, após marcaram de ir 3 vezes e nao aparecerem, quando foram não levaram a peça correta para manutenção. Péssimo atendimento, pessimo comprometimento. Sugiro aos que tiverem problemas entrarem como vou fazer nos pequenas causas, é simples e essa empresa facilita muito a causa ganha.
