No início fui muito bem atendida e a comida estava boa. Porém ao ir no caixa, a atendente me deu o recibo da comanda para conferência e informei que haviam cobrado uma caneca de Chope a mais. A partir disso tudo mudou, a atendente (uma moça de cabelo raspado nas laterais) fechou a cara, aumentou o tom de voz e disse que se estava na comanda era aquilo mesmo. Me senti exposta e constrangida pois as pessoas que estavam no local começaram a olhar para o caixa. Imediatamente os atendentes foram até o tablet da mesa conferir e realmente constava um chope a mais, porém o atendente sensato respondeu que eu só precisava pagar o que havia consumido. A atendente reimprimiu a comanda me olhando feio e bufando, se retirou do caixa, não pediu desculpas e passou para outra atendente cobrar. Nunca me senti tão humilhada em um lugar… Infelizmente por conta de um atendimento despreparado não voltarei mais.

Fui em uma terça-feira por volta de 11h com a intenção de tomar um chope e na sequência almoçar. Fui informado que só serviriam o chope a partir das 11h45, mas já tinha almoço. Vai entender? Tomei uma água com gás por exorbitantes 7,50 , sai de lá e fui a uma lanchonete a menos de 200m com litrão gelado e comida de boa qualidade.
