Fiquei do lado de fora achando que o exame foi colhido, e ele apenas estava sendo medicado, depois de três horas, perceberam o erro, a médica não pôde dar alta e avaliar porque o exame não estava pronto. Meu marido estava exausto, e precisava ser colhido o sangue para poder dar outra medicação e ter um diagnóstico mais preciso. Tiraram o acesso da veia, falaram para ele esperar na recepção, vim buscá-lo, tiver que dar um "piti" para ter algum tipo de atendimento correto, alguém para tirar seu sangue para o exame, ou seja, tiveram que furá-lo novamente... muito triste isso. Pois a gente acaba ficando nervosa com quem não merece, e ninguém assume a culpa e tenta corrigir o erro. LAMENTÁVEL!!
