    Péssima experiência! Não pelas pessoas, mas pelo descaso. Meu marido passou mal de uma infecção alimentar, a Dra passou medicação e solicitou exames, para tirar a dúvida. Fiquei do lado de fora achando que o exame foi colhido, e ele apenas estava sendo medicado, depois de três horas, perceberam o erro, a médica não pôde dar alta e avaliar porque o exame não estava pronto. Meu marido estava exausto, e precisava ser colhido o sangue para poder dar outra medicação e ter um diagnóstico mais preciso. Tiraram o acesso da veia, falaram para ele esperar na recepção, vim buscá-lo, tiver que dar um "piti" para ter algum tipo de atendimento correto, alguém para tirar seu sangue para o exame, ou seja, tiveram que furá-lo novamente... muito triste isso. Pois a gente acaba ficando nervosa com quem não merece, e ninguém assume a culpa e tenta corrigir o erro. LAMENTÁVEL!!

    Nota de repúdio, os funcionários da saúde não tem sensibilidade com casos de pacientes com transtornos psicológicos, falta de empatia e humanidade, completo descaso com a medicina psiquiátrica.

    Nunca, em toda minha vida, vi um hospital pior q este! As recepcionistas que se acham ser medicas e dando pitaco onde não convém. O cirurgiao plantonista queria fazer uma remoção de cisto mesmo inflamado dizendo que a anestesia faria efeito, uma conduta totalmente negligente pois sentiria dor como se n tivesse anestesiado. Pois e, aqui vale um conselho: procure as cidades vizinhas pq aqui em Boituva o melhor mesmo e nao precisar de hospital.

    Uma pena que não posso dar 0 estrelas. Hospital horrível, atendimento precário. Atendem os pacientes como se estivem fazendo favor, principalmente as atendentes e recepcionistas. Deplorável, uma cidade do porte que está tomando tendo esse hospital como base. Pior que uma UBS. Depois das mudanças de particular, convênio e SUS misturar ficou pior ainda. Lixo!!!

They were lovely, attentive, they didn't stop back and forth, I don't know how they could handle it!! Need to have the gift. They deserve our love and affection.     Today I had an incredible experience in the pediatric ward, my son was bitten by our dog, I was desperate, my son was crying a lot and absolutely everyone at the hospital was wonderful, from helping me fill out the form, until it was time for us to leave! Congratulations for being so human, delicate and patient! I just have to thank and congratulate them for the impeccable service.
