I spent one week during a business travel and the Gran Royale is excellent in many aspects: proximity to main areas due to two subway stations very close to the hotel; excellent breakfast ; kindness of the team who is always very helpful and free wi-fi. The rooms are a bit small, but are extremelly clean. For sure, I will stay in the hotel for my next trips.

The hotel has great service and they were kind enough to host many of our guests for our wedding. I will higly recommend if staying in Sorocaba
