Nice jewellery but can be a little expensive.Good service offered by friendly staff. Well worth a visit if coming to Birkenhead.

Never go anywhere else. Sorted out my wedding ring ,made it bigger, re set a diamond in my Engagement ring and cleaned it. Fixed my daughter's dress ring when it snapped.

Took a christening bangle in to have resized and a new fitting added. The team were amazing and the end result was fantastic . My daughter is going to be over the moon this Christmas. Thank you!

JBD designed a beautiful necklace for my daughter for her 30th birthday the service from beginning to end was excellent. It contains 3 of my own diamonds and a diamond that was her grandmother's. They did a beautiful job and when you see it with the ring I had made for her for her 21st (this was another jewellers) you can see it is just perfect. Thank you so much 💕

I went in today. 23/3/19 and I was greeted with a smile. I went in and asked about there ring resizing. I was quoted a very reasonable price of £45 to have my white gold ring down sized by two. They then told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I paid for it before I left. (You can do this on collection) I arrived exactly 45 minutes later (I was in a rush to get my ring back) lol. The gentalman who resized the ring was very plesent and helpful. The two member of staff who I interected with gave excellent customer service.

Bought a few pieces of jewellery here recently, assistant was helpful without being pushy. Bought a necklace and ordered earrings to match only waited one full day and they were ready, shop clean, bright and items well displayed. was given plenty of time to look around and make my choices.
