Ive had lymphatic drainage massages as i had a build up of fluid after an operation. After the first session i felt relief and after the second it was gone. Also from the information Delia gave me i was able to ease the blotting in my stomach area and it was due to certain things i was eating unrelated to the fliud build up and i had suffered with it for years . The environment within the clinic is calming, clean, relaxing and welcoming. There is a large car park 30 seconds away from the clinic door in Carlow central. If your looking to help your mental stress and the signs of physical stress in your body Delia will help, i would highly recommend her , top class treatments, in depth knowledge of your body. She also gives you the time and opportunity to ask questions and learn from her. I will be going back for another treatment. Thank you Delia ND clinic for everything

I went to ND Clinic for lymphatic massages after surgery at the recommendation from my surgeon. Delia is an amazing therapist so gentle and professional and so knowledgeable. I loved each session, felt so relaxed afterwards and my posture and sleep improved after each session.
