We are firm favourites of the good egg coffee shop and so didn't hesitate to ask Emma to make our wedding cake and treats for us. Everything was amazing. The cake was delicious and decorated so beautifully by Emma. The cookie stacks and brownies were talked about for days after. The process of organising everything with Emma couldn't have been easier. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Got a cake for our daughters birthday recently. Honestly the photo doesn't do it justice. So many lovely and yummy details included. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Such a creative cake! So happy and would highly recommend. They were lovely to deal with from start to finish.

The coffee shop was a surprise. I went for a walk and when I arrived I've noticed the tables outside. Staff was very welcoming and nice. I had a oat latte and a small cake. Everything was delicious!

For cyclists like myself it's great as your bike is kind of out of sight inside the railing and you have clear view of it from inside 👀 Had a contardo & flapjack. 12/10 starts 😘👌 Nice clean area and the bathroom is lovely. Super friendly server.

I heard amazing things about this place! I contacted Emma to make my mum's 60th birthday cake, and she was extremely helpful in helping me choose flavours and styles. We went for a lemon and white chocolate. It was delicious. My mum absolutely adored it, and everyone was complimenting the cake at her party. I would highly recommend The Good Egg. A hidden gem of a cafe in Cratloe. Beautiful flat white coffees and baked goods, would love to see some savoury options too (toasty sandwiches etc.). Really cosy atmosphere & friendly owner and staff.

Small cafe, very accessible from the motorway, with a car park. Mostly cakrs but also some savouries. There's also a couple of other businesses on site including a butcher.

Hidden Gem! We stopped at this cute little spot for a quick bite on our way from SNN Airport to our destination. Emma was super friendly and her baked goods were delicious and freshly made. We even took a few to go because we wanted to try them all. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. If you’re scrolling through and looking for a place, this will not disappoint for a delicious pastry and some quality coffee.

Lovely Cloud Picker coffee, perfect place to stop by early in the morning. The sweets looked absolutely amazing. No pastries when we went, mostly cupcakes/other delicious looking baked goods.

Absolutely fantastic stop for baked goods and coffee. Service was very amazing and the food was absolutely top notch. Would highly recommend the detour if it's not on your way, and if it is you should make the stop. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Love the cakes! 😊 Ordered cupcakes online for a birthday a few weeks ago. 1 gluten free and 3 regular. Gluten free was kept separate and in its own packaging which was great! Cupcake were delicious, will 100% be ordering again for the next birthday celebration.

The Red Velvet cake was beautifully presented and tasted amazing Highly recommended. Everything we’ve tried from The Good Egg is Top Class, its hard to pass by without pulling in 😊

Best coffee in the local area - actually best coffee I’ve ever had in Ireland. Also some delicious gluten free treats on offer.
