Dont even give one star, girlfriend sitting in a&e 8 hours in extreme pain patient waiting to be called in and everyone that was in after her was going in before her, when she explained to the receptionist how long she is sitting there she was told she was in line on the system with how i was put in to the system. The guy who took her bloods had told her that there is one more person in front of her and she would be next then as she had been sitting there 6 hours at that stage and wanted her iv line out of her arm so she could go home so thinking shes next she stayed and agsin everyone else going in before her that was coming in the door . Absolute joke of a hospital, no respect for noone. Talking to there other colleagues at reception about putting an old man in the hall as there is 3 beds but no mattressโ€™s but there is s bed in the hallway for him. Should be ashamed of themselves. Would rather go through hell than see anyone go through this kind of inhumane treatment

Absolute dump! very long wait times considering A&E wasn't that busy. But even worse was our doctor. She took a 2 hour "break" (completley left A&E) before she could read the result of an X-ray. Asked repeatedly what the hold up was and for someone to get the doctor (A&E was practically empty at this stage). Furthermore, when they were calling the doctor, I overheard other senior doctor's complaining about her as if her skiving off was common practice. Just shocking, how are we supposed to trust them if they have no interest in their job. Hospital deserves its bad reputation

The TV was at the max volume, I could hear from the car park.. TV showing tragedy and accidented people, to hospital patients.. very sensible!! The front desk attendant is as kind as a mad rhino. More than 4 hours waiting for a blood test in a chair as hard as stone. Suspect of heart attack, no rush, let's ask to spell the weirdest street name, cause its much more important than the patient health.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Dr were friendly and informative too. Hospital is clean. It was busy, but that is understandable as it's a hospital. I would go back if need be.

Unhelpful, extremely rude, lack of manners. It doesnโ€™t matter how nice you are the receptionists are uncooperative, disrespectful and ROUGH. This place is a disgrace. I am not getting into this, I just want to say that over the years weโ€™ve been very disappointed. The whole family
