Oh my God! Food is amazing!! I'm so lucky that they are just cross road from my office! As an Taiwanese live in Waterford I am always looking for food with real flavours with a kick, and here they are! We tried beef burrito and Birria Ramen Soup, and both FANTASTIC 😍! The Birria Ramen almost like our Taiwanese beef noodle soup but with different spices 💖! A must try great flavours in Waterford! No picture this time because we finished it within seconds. Ha!

Absolute best quality Mexican that we have ever had in Waterford by a country mile. Definitely try it out if you get the chance.

Arguably the best mexican food I tried in Ireland. Celebrating the tastes of Mexico. Lime, cilantro, chilli, rice, beans, chicken all in a charming food truck. Staff is professional and fun. I'll definitely be back. Bravo. Will add pics next time. Had food all gone quickly

This place needs to close down, because i find myself in there every Friday stuffing myself with their delicous food. The Strawberry Carolina Reaper sauce is arguably my favourite sauce at the moment and i would suggest even those who may not like too much spice to try it. Very friendly staff, great vibe... couldn't ask for a better place to grab a bite.

Absolutely amazingly fresh, authentic Mexican food. I am a native Texan living in Ireland, so I’m always looking for the real deal. La Vida Loca is the most delicious Mexican food I’ve had in years! The chefs really know their stuff! Excellent!

This place is a hidden gem. Probably the best burrito I've had in Ireland. The ingredients are always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast.

Awesome food. Adjustable to your liking and plenty to choose from. The staff also explain everything if needed or recommend the good stuff. Go for spicy or just plain. There is no bad choice. Will be back for sure!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Ireland. Everything fresh and made to order. Stocked with Mexican drinks. Unreal, delighted. New gem in the neighbourhood.

Got the quesadillas. They were excellent. Done the proper way. The guys running it know their stuff.

We got a Torta, Birria Taco and their loaded fries, food was absolutely top class. Great to see a new food truck in Waterford.

Great food Great service Friendly staff Was here yesterday tried a burrito 🌯 and man o man was it nice 🙂. Came back today to try the birria. The meat is so nice and soft full of flavour. I recommend trying them worth the money. A meal that fills you up .
