A hidden gem in Loughrea! A small but mighty menu that really focuses on perfectly toasted sandwiches packed full of top-quality ingredients. Lovely baked goods too. The pair that run the place are SO friendly and chatty too, it would raise your spirits to visit. Takeaway only but there are plenty of places around to go for a walk and enjoy

ONE OF THE EASIEST 5* EVER. This place has ticked all the boxes. I'm mesmerized by the attention to detail. Great coffee. Mouthwatering sandwich. Delicious muffin. Interesting choice of decor. It's impossible not to notice the hanging arts. Superb service. There is even a bit of nostalgia for those from the 80s/90s with an arcade to play. This is what I call exceeding customer expectations 👏. This might have just become my favorite coffee shop in the country 🤩 if not in the whole world! Well done guys. Can't wait to come back!

Slow Roast is so easy to find, just look out for the bright yellow exterior. Their range of toasted sandwiches are delicious and quite substantial. I loved the Sunday Roast which was made with roast beef and stuffing. They also have a range of sweet treats and great coffee. Super friendly service also.

I requested my sandwich to be wrapped individually so my husband and I can eat separately in peace and the lady generously gave us extra box and put extra chips on it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. Their sandwich is the real deal. The ham they use are so fresh and coffee was silky & nice. Super! 10 stars!😊

ALWAYS.AN.AMAZING.EXPERIENCE!! This place is epic. Coffee to die for and amazing specials every week. I had a recent pulled pork special with homemade pickles…the pickles were next level! So delighted they have moved to bigger premises, I absolutely love going in on Saturdays and chilling out, playing one of the board games on offer and stuffing my face with an incredible toastie!!! Keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s awesome!!!

Popped into the new location on Main Street on a busy bank holiday weekend. Love seeing the place so busy, bit of a queue to order moved along very quickly, staff here are fantastic! Had some coffees and toasties, all arrived quickly and were super tasty! Great family atmosphere, the little arcade games are a lovely touch. I can totally see myself popping in her for lunch again and again. €9.70 for the most expensive sandwich (that week’s special) comes perfectly toasted with a generous side of crisps. A substantial meal all on its own but if you have room, the sweet treats are amazing too! Coffee is well prepared, beautifully roasted and nicely presented.

This place is a gem and I'm happy to be so close (but not too close!). I usually get the Hang and Cheese which is always delicious, but any of the sandwiches are excellent. They are a meal, if I have one for lunch I only need something very small later on, they are deceivingly filling. The staff are always super friendly, not in a false way either. I've only had coffee there once and it was great too. The sweet treats are dangerous (only get those on a very special occasion!)

Conor and Sarah have a great place. The new premise is fabulous. Such kind and friendly service. Hot chocolates and Oreo croissants or raspberry & white chocolate muffins are my favourite 💚
