Ordered
a
product
on
a
Friday,
received
TWO
phone
calls,
email
and
a
text
to
say
it
was
ready
for
collection
the
following
morning.
Arrived
too
the
store,
not
in
stock.
Got
explanation
for
the
mistake
and
said
"fair
enough".
Got
a
phone
call
later
that
evening
only
to
hear
the
person
on
the
other
end
talking
to
their
colleague
and
to
then
just
hang
up
on
me
(
they
obviously
didn't
even
have
the
phone
to
their
ear
).
I
called
back
to
be
told
the
item
would
be
posted
out
to
me
due
to
the
error
on
their
part
and
I
should
hear
from
delivery
company
Tuesday
or
Wednesday.
Wednesday
comes
around
and
no
word
from
anyone,
I
was
passing
the
store
and
called
in
to
see
what
the
story
was.
"It's
coming
from
Naas,
you
should
have
it
by
Friday"
Friday
comes....nothing.
Phoned
the
following
Monday,
spoke
to
another
employee
who
didn't
really
seem
to
have
a
clue
/
give
a
damn
about
it
but
that
it
was
in
stock
in
Castlebar
and
they'd
get
it
sent
out.
Wednesday
rolls
around
and
still
nothing.
Only
competent
employee
I
dealt
with
was
the
woman
at
the
desk
when
I
was
in
cancelling
the
order.
Postage
was
clearly
NEVER
arranged
after
the
first
time
I
was
told
it
would
be,
nor
was
it
the
following
two
times
I
phoned
/
called
to
the
store.
Worst
customer
service
I've
experienced
in
any
store,
did
not
seem
to
care
whatsoever.
DID
Electrical,
PowerCity,
Currys
or
Euronics
anymore.
