    I love visiting this store. The staff are very friendly, helpful,honest and reliable. I always feel that I get a very personal, genuine service there. I always feel like my custom means something to them, it's great to feel valued. I recently went there in a panic having accidently cracked the screen on my laptop. They reassured me as I thought I would miss out on a days work owing to this broken screen. I left the store with a monitor that did not break the bank and the helpful staff, tried and tested that all would function before I left for work. I felt that the customer service was amazing and cannot recommend this store and it's staff enough.

    I have bought a phone and product care for the first 12 months which was 100 euro because at the time I was told that it would cover up any damage done during those 12 months . 11 months later I went into the shop to get a little crack on the back of the phone fixed and was told to ring a number to claim my phone and was told that I need to pay extra 100 euro in order to get my phone back. Which meant that a small crack on the screen ccost me 200 euro. I was very dissapointed and unsatisfied. Will not be returning to this shop and would not recomend it.

    Very poor customer service They were so busy selling on the floor but when came to checkout we were left waiting for them to find someone to take the payment, staff didn't seem to care as we were informed by the staff member that came to the checkout that she was on her break

    Ordered a product on a Friday, received TWO phone calls, email and a text to say it was ready for collection the following morning. Arrived too the store, not in stock. Got explanation for the mistake and said "fair enough". Got a phone call later that evening only to hear the person on the other end talking to their colleague and to then just hang up on me ( they obviously didn't even have the phone to their ear ). I called back to be told the item would be posted out to me due to the error on their part and I should hear from delivery company Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and no word from anyone, I was passing the store and called in to see what the story was. "It's coming from Naas, you should have it by Friday" Friday comes....nothing. Phoned the following Monday, spoke to another employee who didn't really seem to have a clue / give a damn about it but that it was in stock in Castlebar and they'd get it sent out. Wednesday rolls around and still nothing. Only competent employee I dealt with was the woman at the desk when I was in cancelling the order. Postage was clearly NEVER arranged after the first time I was told it would be, nor was it the following two times I phoned / called to the store. Worst customer service I've experienced in any store, did not seem to care whatsoever. DID Electrical, PowerCity, Currys or Euronics anymore.

    Sometimes you have to wait for assistance but otherwise in general a good place if shopping for likes of a computer have a good range of computers and will help with any specific questions you might have or will show you how to do something on it plus a good range of things needed for computers

    Good range of products, well laid out for examination of the product of choice, staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, also provided good technical advice. Prices were competitive, delivery of goods arranged at reasonable cost.

    I went to Harvey Norman to buy my husband a record player and with the variety they stocked l was lost but a very nice salesman came to help me out & he?was so pleasant and explained the difference between some of the stock that was on display & l decided to go with this gentleman's knowledge and advice & we got the one he recommended and he was absolutely brilliant with loud music from my husband's youth loud enough for people miles away to hear it. He's delighted with it & l cannot take the credit, it was thanks to the gentleman who did know what he was recommending & no problem whatsoever .Thank you.

    I did a click and collect order on Stephens Day and was delighted to get the confirmation for pickup in a couple of mins. There was also an offer for 10% back as a gift voucher. Only problem was, when I got there I found I had to go to the desk to get the voucher and the queue was over 30 mins before we were seen... The staff were all very nice but I could have done without that hassle, seems someone didn't think it through very well.

    Bought an appliance, had an awful lot of hassle getting a price match, the salesperson said that they don't always price match, even though the sign at the door states that they won't be beaten on price. The price match was with expert electrical, I didn't understand the issue. After some time asking for an explanation that never came I got the price match. I've decided going forward that I will buy from the other business with the lower price rather than go to Harvey Norman and be made feel like I was looking for a hand out.

    Find staff are always friendly and helpful and if there is a problem with an item this place is great for helping if they can, worth buying cover for your items as HN follow through and ensure it's either fixed or replaced.
