Stayed here on the 28/4/23. We where told the place we where staying was right beside the Taaffes bar. When we arrive and the bus had dropped us off we where told we are staying a 5 min walk out of the town where we had to drag out stuff then. The houses we payed €190 for 2 nights, there was mouse droppings on my bed, blood in another girls bed, bugs in another. Asked for a cleaner and never got one. A dirty sock hanging from the bunkbed. Holes in the walls, bathroom floor was black with dirt. Toilet seat barly hanging on. No lock on the door. Crisps and sausages on the floor. Nowhere to get rid of the rubbish then want to charge u an additional €20 per black sack. Pure outrageous. One girls bed stunk of feet! But carlingford itself was lovely. Would never book threw this company ever again. We where least impressed to say the least.

Unorganized, worst communication, expensive company. Location - accommodation was to be in village centre. Minimum 20 minute walk to accommodation. Activities - Scheduled Paintballing with the company. I followed up myself two days before stag to confirm it was booked to be told they cancelled the activity. Ended up doing go karting in Newry which is a 35 minute slow bus drive from Carlingford. Food - Proper restaurant was great. However we paid for two evenings of finger food which didn’t show up. No towels - we were told this the morning we landed. No heating (Oct weather was cold) - asked several times to turn heating on but no response. Bunk beds - we were told each person would have their own room. 12 lads wedged into two rooms. Deposit - Organizer demanded €400 deposit when we were checking in - no mention of this whatsoever before we landed. Stay clear from this company. Had my hen there last weekend and the accommodation was shocking was so dirty, no locks on bathroom doors. One of my friends found mouse droppings in bed and another bed with blood stains, holes in the walls and no mirrors. Would not recommend this accommodation. But carlingford itself was fab

My advice is stay well clear of booking a hen weekend with this company, we booked 2 houses @190each no lock on bathroom door arcatrave coming away from the wall the rooms smelled of stale smoke it was disgusting mouse dropping in one of the girls bed, slugs comeing in from the back door because it wouldn't close properly horrendous shame on this company for expecting anyone to stay in these conditions. Carlingford is stunning unfortunately this company does not represent this beautiful part of Ireland well.

My advice would be to stay clear of booking with this crowd. The service is terrible, communication shocking and be prepared to pay a €400 deposit at the last minute which was not communicated until the week of my sisters hen party. Also you will be waiting over two weeks to get your €400 back. Carlingford was great in itself but the customer service from these ones was ridiculous. We were told that the property was a 6min walk from the village - yes if you’re out for a power walk with the girls. It took too long to organise getting the key code for the property with the whole hen party waiting around. Honestly for the amount of money paid it’s disgraceful. Top Tip- take your own towels as they don’t provide these either.

We booked a hen party for circa 20 people using this company and we found them to be very lax with details. It was difficult to get information about the activities we were paying for, sleeping arrangements in the houses etc and when we arrived the cleaner was still there and left without cleaning kitchen or leaving room, the floors were manky and sticky and we had to clean them ourselves before decorating. Someone found a sock under their pillow which indicated the beds probably hadn’t been changed either. Then to top things off the stripper that we paid for never showed up on the night and our only contact for the company was on holiday and didn’t leave an alternate contact in her absence. Would not recommend.
