Wonderful campsite! Our third time here and discovering more about the site and area each time. Great facilities and so very clean. It is expertly run and maintained. Newtown cove and the Guillamene, is just less than a 10-minute walk from the campsite. So many people swimming through out the day and the evening, jumping from the pier or the rocks or wading in from the shore. If like us, you’re not brave enough for this activity, there is a great picnic site with loads of tables and plenty of activity to watch while you dine.

Another gem of a site. So clean!!! It’s quite a walk to Tramore, so be prepared but not far from a small local shop and cafe. There’s the actual “newtown cove” the opposite direction to the town, and my god, what an absolute gem of a spot!!! If the weather was just better, it’s a great little swimming spot. One of the washing machines was out of order so I had to be cute and watch when I could get our washing done, and at €6 a wash and same for dry, a bit steep, and then the charge for showers too - we don’t need showers as we have a camper, but it’s my pet hate. John, the boss was sound, and very informative, would defo go back and recommend

Pitches are perfect. The site is so well run and the facilities are so clean - spotless in fact! Location is amazing. A calm, peaceful site where everyone respects the well enforced rules.

A well run very clean & beautiful campsite a few mins walk from the beach, We traveled with a caravan and our kids we had an amazing time. Owners were very helpful and understanding. Highly Recommended .

Stayed for 10 nights .The site is kept to a high standard with everything you need while camping and caravaning.Situated just a short walk from the cove for swimming and local bar and shop within walking distance. 11oclock no noise rule makes it ideal for families

We have just returned home form our holidays at Newtown Cove Caravan park . It is by far the best campsite we have stayed , 1 location is excellent, 2 spotless clean 👌 3 safe for our 2 kids 10 out of 10 👏 4 Owners and staff fantastic and extremely efficient. Definitely recommended 😎

This was my 1st time with a caravan and straight away John and Sarah couldn't have been more helpful. A really nice site and it's kept spotless. Will definitely be back again.

I stayed as a touring cyclist. They don't have a lot of space for campers with just a tent, but what they have got is good. Facilities are very good, even having a small kitchen with hobs (paid) and a microwave, plus there are covered and indoor spaces to eat/sit. There's a nice walk down through woods to a sea swimming area and you can see the 'metal man' sea navigation columns too.
