Jade in Templeogue was amazing. She did a perfect cut and made me feel very comfortable as I was cutting off over 6 inches. She went through every step with me throughout the cut making me feel in control about my decision. Great experience and super friendly. Definitely making Jade my hair stylist going forward :)

I've been attending Black Amber/Talking Heads x 32 years. I've only dealt with 3 other stylists in my time there (Linda, long gone, Trisha & Chloe). I'm very fussy re my hair and washing procedure. I'd never met Bernie before so I warned her I was fussy. She kindly called me a 'nervous client'! She was so professional and friendly. She listened, advised & reassured me. I was thrilled with the result of my colour & my visit. Well done Bernie. You're super.

I'm now obsessed with my hair! I had a consultation with Laura a few weeks back for bond extensions and we talked through all of the aspects. I had them installed on Wednesday and I'm so delighted. She did an amazing job, walked me through all of it and discussed aftercare in detail. I'm over the moon and will be back when it's time to have them refit. I would highly recommend Laura and Black Amber once again!

It was my first time to this salon based on the good reviews online and unfortunately I had a very bad experience in terms of the colour I received. Instead of a nice carmel blonde, I got a ginger brown colour and although they agreed to try to fix this and make it lighter and blonder I am still left with brown hair that I now have to try in the coming weeks to go elsewhere to fix as I just don't trust this place any longer which will cause more damage to hair and also cost double in the end trying to fix.
