Don’t waste your money and buy from this place!! Worst experience ever. Just a nightmare!! I booked the appliances and the dining table 2 months before I wanted them and paid a deposit and when I asked for a delivery I paid the whole amount, but guess what? After they took the money, they told me the dining chairs, the oven, the microwave and the fridge are out of stock and I have to wait weeks for them to be delivered and some will take more than 2 months to arrive !!! I also received the dining table and damaged and when I wanted to report the issue, the customer service were so rude!! Worst customer service, worst sales, worst management.

Large furniture and electronics store. Very easy underground parking and escalator straight into the store itself from the underground car park. The best call out here are the staff. They are genuinely highly knowledgeable on the products. When are new models due to come out? Will prices likely change soon? What's the better sound or screen technology and why? Etc. Over the years I've bought furniture and white goods. They've been super helpful with any issues or follow ups. I.e. emailed to get copy of invoice. Back to me the same day. Excellent.

On principle I shouldn't step foot inside this store for the bloody irritating ads that they ran in the past. However, to hell with principles when they have what you want in stock and on sale! It's an impressive store with a large shop floor size. It has an equally impressive number of staff. The staff whom I spoke with were both professional and helpful and not out to necessarily get you to buy the most expensive product.

The PhotoCenter is a truly awful experience. I spent 30 mins trying to upload my photos through their app and kiosks with no luck. it kept crashing. Their system is about 10 years too old to deal with modern devices. The girl at the desk at the time did try to help but her manager Sunny was rude and prevented her from helping. Why on earth would a manager prevent their employees from helping?

Very disapointed. Price of the same TV has been increasing of 25% between xmas and the January sales. Dont complain about Amazon or online shops

Great store to visit, The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they are always there to assist you. The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, and they have a fantastic selection of up-to-date products. Highly recommend!

Purchased a USB memory key that I thought was a USB A type but was infact a USB C as a sales sticker over the products details had obscured the fact it was a USB C. I rang then & I explained that I had cut the package to open it & then found out it was a USB C & they said bring it back & change it. Great customer service

Very good service especially Tudor was very helpful and professional when it comes to everything. We had our bed frame coming much earlier than the planned hours so the delivery guys were at the door with no notice in advance and then just left, so I called Tudor and he made them come back in no time and assemble the bed knowing that we are desperate after it as we had to sleep on an inflatable one (deflating over night)🫢! He did a super great job, very professional! if you are in Harvey Norman go straight away to Tudor!

Excellent all round. We purchased a Sony bravia tv. Best price in Ireland. Easy pick up point with no waiting around. After some horror shows with some of the competitors over the years it came as such a relief that shopping can actually be stress free!
