We are over from England with 4 dogs. Whilst walking on a beach this afternoon one of the dogs got a fishing line and hook caught in his mouth with the hook ending up through his tongue. We rushed to new Ross and called on our way. The service and kindness we received was absolutely incredible and we can’t thank everyone enough. Max is now recovering and we are truly grateful.

Great vet practice, whomever you get to see. The hours are great, evening clinics suit my job. The staff working here are great, I have had concern to phone several times about my dogs over the years and they will always phone back if not available immediately. They understand the value of family pets, in particular for us as we have three dogs, I can be rather emotional when it comes to my dogs and they are always very professional. We even had the need for the vet to call to the house. Would highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone.

Fantastic vets! Bernard is so patient and thorough whenever treating our gorgeous boy.The care he's received over the past few years has been excellent.Follow up phonecalls and being avaiIable at all hours when our boy isn't well is much appreciated and so reassuring. I know he's in the best hands no matter who we see in there on a given day. The ladies at reception are always so accommodating and helpful and know our boys prescription off hand once I mention his name. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
