Every time i deal with this practice there's an issue and i mean EVERY TIME from no appointment being available to cancelling appointment without telling you. Wrong appointment dates given. Not forwarding on referral letters. No follow up with the patient you have to ring multiple times to get them to do basic things like forward a prescription, they say the will do it and then don't..... i do however really like my GP but the service here is shockingly bad... Admin staff are badly trained and they don't pay attention to what you're telling them.

My last review got deleted probably as I told the truth. I don't care if your phone lines are busy, its no excuse to be rude, lie or rush people. Getting a text saying your blood tests are abnormal, prescription sent to pharmacy is very unprofessional. I now have to wait weeks to talk to my Dr for 2 minutes over the phone for €50 to ask a question. They should have rang me. Dont get me started on how they are handling the vaccines too.

The RUDEST receptionists I've ever come across. I wouldn't not speak to anyone the way they do. How they have their jobs I will never understand. Jade being one of the rudest people to come across. Appalling attitude. I would never speak to anyone the way she does. Terrible to try get an appointment. Attitude as soon as the phone is answered. If you don't like your job do not work there. You don't know who is at the end of their rope and what will tip someone over the edge. Training in customer care and maybe training in how to be a nice person is needed. Worst gp practice ever.

Useless, i am a local and i always have to travel to city center they arent taking any new patients since like 2020 thats 3 years now, plus never pick a call

Terrible staff I have ever came across in Ireland. The receptionist sounds like she has no literacy or manners at all. They refused me treatment and tried to blame it on HSE. Thankfully I work in HSE myself and I know they were lying. I am glad I didn't end up going there!!! No knowledge or professionalism!!!

This is the worst practise I have ever encountered. Different doctor every time, I have NEVER seen my own doctor (Golden) since she moved there. They are solely there to make money. Paid €65 for MRI letter, then they held the results ransom till I paid €65 for the results. Same with bloods, paid €65 to go for bloods, got doctors app but no appointment till 2 weeks for bloods,, but took the €65 anyway..then €65 again for results. Another time I was 18 minutes late for app and they refused to see me, even though I’ve waited beyong my app time to see a doctor. I cannot stress how much I hate this place. If you can avoid it find somewhere else for your medical needs. They have no empathy or understanding and are all about the money.

Dr Anna was very good and helpful. She made a retainer for me within one day for me as I was travelling back to Spain where I am Studying. Very impressed ! Robert Melia

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Dr Lynch is Brilliant. But whenever I ring the clinic I can never get through!! I’ve been left on hold for hours on many an occasion. I was looking for test results, and tallaght hospital were ringing them constantly for a week and couldn’t get through to them. The girl in tallaght hospital told me she’s never experienced anything like it in all her years working there. Tallaght hospital eventually had to ring me with my test results!! My health is getting worse by the day, and these guys never never answer the phone. It’s absolutely disgraceful! My family and a lot of friends are changing doctors because of this! They are saying they are very busy because of covid. Well if that’s the case, they must be making a fortune!! Hire more admin staff!! Don’t touch this clinic!! Awful!!

I paid 60 euro for seeing the GP,25 euro for blood test,I got message for seeing the GP about my blood test record,I need pay other 40 euro,this is mad expensive now.I been to the GP to see my blood test result,before I see the GP,they ask me 40 euro,I ask why,they said that because you need see the GP,that’s 40 euro follow up fees,I saw the GP,she only increased my medication to bigger dose,she said no need fees for this,I told her that I already paid fees before I see you,then she said,that’s ok,because I changed medications,you need pay it.

The worst practice ever. When you ring at 9 you may be waiting hours or minutes but that still doesn't matter as you will be told at 9:05 that they don't have any availability for GP this day. But if you ask them to book you for another day, they say to ring next day as their system doesn't allow them to look at future dates Seriously?? What sort of operation is this? If you get lucky they will schedule you a phone call with a doctor, that will ring you 1h late and tell you that you kid has probably some virus. Thanks to them my son has developed bronchitis and still got no GP apointment. Thank God they are other practices that help. Avoid at all cost. I wish I could give 0 stars.
