Required a change of battery for my phone, but received poor customer care. Contact them via email, got 1 reply, and then ghosted for 2 weeks. When followed up, got a reply, but was requested to drive 30 minutes to Mullingar just to pay a deposit to order the battery. I've no problem with making the payment to purchase the battery, but it's ridiculous to expect someone to drive 30 minutes to Mullingar or Athlone to pollute environment & waste diesel in order to pay a deposit. Poor service in 2022.

Breen in recharge it, Mullingar goes above and beyond with his service. I really appreciate all your help. He's a great sales assistant and IT technician.

On Holiday at Longford Center Parcs and Son had an accident with his iPhone. Looked up nearest phone repair shop and Recharge IT Phones came up. Read the reviews and headed there the following morning for opening. Explained what the issue was resulting from a big drop......60 minutes later I was heading back to Center Parcs with a fully functional phone. Very knowledgeable team, polite and honest. I'd say I'd use again however it would be some drive from Glasgow every time my boys drop their phones. That's the review.....100% honesty. If in need, drive the distance required to use these guys.....you won't be disappointed. All the best guys and thanks again....👍

I brought in my laptop today as the homescreen appeared frozen and not accessible. The customer service was excellent and my laptop was up and running within 10 minutes and I had superb advice about backing up to an external hard drive to avoid losing data if anything happened to the laptop in the future.
