Provide a good service and girls are knowledgeable. However when my older mother needed to cancel a prepaid appointment as she couldn’t make it anymore she was told to use an app to cancel. After she rang them on and off for two days straight. They just assume that everyone is up to date with the tech now??? She rang me in a panic because she thought she was going to lose money as she needs to cancel 48hrs in advance! They’re well able to take appointments over the phone but not cancel? Makes sense. Customer service is part of the job too. It’s your job to provide your service to the fullest and to accommodate everyone! Including the older people!

Went to Therapy Clinic in Limerick City centre for a laser hair removal consultation and I found the service to be very professional and helpful, I was consulted by Laura who made me feel very comfortable and positive about getting laser she explained the whole process very well and there was no rush to make decisions on possible treatments. I love coming here to get laser treatment. I come in to get 3 areas done and I’m always in and out so quick. I’m always seen to straight away when I arrive, waiting is so short or non existent :). The ladies who work here are the loveliest bunch and I’m always made feel very comfortable everytime I go in. I love going in for a chat. Results are incredible just over halfway done and I can go much much longer between shaves. Treatment is quick and not at all painful. Overall such a great experience getting laser treatment here! Could not recommend enough!!! :)

The service of the Staff was only all right, I have 11 sesion done. First 4 i had in Poland on new machine Titanium Soprano, then i started on Terapie Clinic sesion first (50€) one to have look how machine works, then it was suggested by workers to get 3 sesion(100€)after 3rd sesion the results of growing hairs was almost gone, so i did another 3 sesion to complete the session. After the last 3 sesion hairs growing more then before a lot more. Fina Finelly was not improve at all and i will not recommend. In my opinion the power of machine down low because even i dont feel enough pain like before. I Hope i help You to knows.

My 2 last sections with Sophia was amazing, she’s great doing her job! The other girls that I had my appointment before, didn’t apply the laser properly, missing some areas, just wanting to finish as soon as possible.

The doc who did my treatment was so nice. I wasn’t a huge fan of the one that did my consultation as I felt like I was wasting her time but if I’m allowing someone to inject my lips I need to have questions answered. She did not want to but the dr on the day was extremely helpful

Abbie is the best therapist by far, her professionalism and commitment with her role is what keeps me as a customer for Therapie Clinic. She is a dedicated professional, has an amazing work ethic, she clearly master all her skills because is noticiable how knowledgeable she is, she is extremely polite, she has the perfect posture and the perfect balance of all requisite that all therapist and aesthetic clinic must have.

Great experience in Therapie for laser hair removal. This is my 4th session, I have already seen great results so far. My therapist Andrea today was so lovely she really puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. Cannot recommend her enough

I went to Cruises Street Limerick for my laser hair removal session. Now I am almost doing my whole body. The treatment is great, it's working wonders. I feel very well treated, the girl that does the laser is Abbie and I can't praise her enough. I feel so comfortable with her and please take into account that I am naked there. Abbie is great.

Eilish is the queen of skin. She is so fabulous and I love my visits to see her. My potenza treatment was amazing and surprisingly pain free I can’t wait for my next one in 4 weeks. If I could do it every week I would. Thanks again Eilish 💛

I had an express hydrafacial. I have experience with this treatment and I was sadly disappointed as I expected that my whole face would be treated with the implement. It was spot treated and the clinician used some kind of remover to squeeze out a few blackheads. When I examined myself later on, there was still some congestion which I was able to remove myself. For the price I paid I felt very let down as I said I have had this treatment at another salon and was delighted with that treatment. I understand that it was a 30 minute appointment but I don't feel that it was very thorough. I could have paid much less for a regular facial and been satisfied with that. It is too expensive for what I recieved.

The girl who performed the procedure this week was great. There was a delay of 10 minutes, which wasn’t ideal because I use my lunchtime to attend the clinic. Another thing I would like to bring attention to is the standard of how the girls perform the laser treatment; there is no consistency. They cover different parts every time I attend the clinic. I still have hair in the bikini area even after undergoing 13 sessions, and I was advised to have 2 more sessions done. I know that if there was a standardized procedure, I wouldn't need the extra sessions.

Have visited multiple Therapie locations for laser hair treatment and this location has been by far the best for customer service. I’ve been treated by Abbie & Dervla here who were both exceptional. In particular, Dervla spent time before my treatment started to thoroughly assess my progress and was very informative and helpful with any concerns I had. Great experience here & would recommend.

I had this session with a new therapist Abbie and she was excellent. Very thorough and a great experience overall. Took her time and was so friendly and polite too. She also gave me lots of information with regards to my maintenance sessions and booked me in for my next session.

The service has become appalling. You don’t let customers redeem their sessions and you now ask customers to pay when they miss sessions that are already paid for. You have also taken away the option to pay for sessions in instalments. This option used to make it easier for your customers to pay for huge sessions.
