👍👍 Niamh’s baby massage classes are brilliant. We covered a huge amount of practical information on baby massage over the course and I left feeling confident in the new skill I learnt and delighted with the connection I build with my baby during the classes. Niamh creates a calm, supportive atmosphere... People often mention baby, massage, Niamh, class, classes, great, recommend, lovely, enjoyed, babies,

Niamh’s baby massage classes are brilliant. We covered a huge amount of practical information on baby massage over the course and I left feeling confident in the new skill I learnt and delighted with the connection I build with my baby during the classes. Niamh creates a calm, supportive atmosphere within her classes which allows both babies and parents to thrive and which allows the parents to chat together and build up new friendships. I’d highly recommend this course.

I can't recommend Niamh's classes enough. I attended this having enjoyed her Relax Stretch Breathe class and enjoyed this thoroughly, as did my baby! We started when my baby was 5 weeks old and she's still receiving an almost daily massage at almost 12 weeks. It's a lovely way to bond with your little one, meet other mums and Niamh is a great teacher!

Niamh is a great teacher and the baby massage classes are very informative and well organised. The classes really helped my baby’s discomfort with constipation. It’s a lovely way to bond with your baby and meet other parents and babies. Would definitely recommend.

Really recommend the baby massage classes. Niamh is really informative and professional. This newly learnt skill has created a lovely way of further bonding and comforting my baby which she really enjoys. It was also lovely to meet other mams and babies.

I really recommend a baby massage class with Niamh. My 3 month old son and I attended a 5 week course and it was great to meet other mums and also learn how to massage your baby. Very nice atmosphere and a lovely place. Niamh is very gentle and welcoming.

I absolutely loved Niamh's baby massage classes, as did my baby!! They were the first baby classes we did, starting when my son was 2 months old - and they were such a supportive and warm environment to (re)introduce ourselves to the outside world! The classes were very well organised and easy to follow. We covered a lot of material - Niamh is a wealth of information and insight, which she is very generous about sharing. I really enjoyed bonding with my baby and getting to know him better through massage. The class was also a great way to meet a fantastic group of other Mam and babies, we've all stayed in touch since!

Loved baby massage class. If only I had known about it when my daughter was younger. She was almost 5 months when we joined and she was super wriggly. If she was under the 12 weeks I would imagine she would have loved it more. So many different tips and tricks and handouts for reference of technique. Niamh is a lovely person and I would highly recommend this class to new mums! Super reasonable price too which my purse was delighted about! Also great social aspect. Sharing stories and concerns. It's comforting to know that other mums are on the same page as you are.

I recently attended Niamhs baby massage class and highly recommend it. It was a great mix of massage for babies, chat with other mams and helpful guided chat on all things baby with Niamh. She is very passionate about what she does and provides great support for new mams

I have attended Niamh's Relax Stretch Breathe antenatal class and have also done her baby massage class with two of my babies. The classes have always been enjoyable, welcoming and informative. I have very much enjoyed the classes, the bonding time with baby and the chats with other mamas. Would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant class led by Niamh. Lovely environment for new mums, small group and my baby loved the massage. Great way to learn a skill with your baby. Thanks Niamh!

Niamh’s classes are a really terrific opportunity to learn new skills of baby massage but also to meet other parents of young babies who are at a similar stage. She very deliberately and skilfully creates an environment that is friendly and supportive. My baby really loved the massage and I enjoyed having the chance to connect with him as well as hearing experiences and ideas from others. Highly recommend.

I took the baby massage course with Niamh and it was wonderful, one of the best things I did during my leave. Niamh really helps to create a very warm and welcoming environment for both mom and baby, with lots of great tips for adjusting to this stage of life as well. 100% recommend!

Absolutely loved this class and can’t recommend Niamh enough! Aside from learning great massage techniques (which my baby loves and we use most days) she creates such a warm and supportive environment and the class goes way beyond just learning baby massage. Have also heard great things about the relax stretch and breathe class Niamh offers which I will definitely look in to in the future if I have more children!

Ana and I really enjoyed baby massage classes and still do massage most days. I find it really helps Ana to relax and is special time together. Niamh is a fantastic teacher and I really enjoyed the format of the class, adding another element in each week building up to a full body massage for baby, as well as time for theory and discussion and of course the chat over refreshments.

Can't recommend Niamh's baby massage class more, my little boy loved it and I still meet up with people from the class for coffee. Great setup with tea and chats in between, wish I knew about the strech and relax class for when I was pregnant, will definitely recommend to friends.

It was a great course, I would definitely recommend it! We learned how to massage our babies and it helped with colic and sleep. Niamh is a great instructor who really puts her heart and soul in the class, not only teaching massage but giving all sort of advices and making an amazing group!

Niamh’s baby massage classes are excellent, if I could give more stars I would. I attended in person 3 years ago with my first baby and virtually last year with my twin daughters. The class was recommended to me by a friend and I got a lot more from it than I expected to. Niamh really takes an interest in the babies but also focuses on the mums which is really important in the newborn stage. She demonstrates the strokes clearly and gives helpful handouts. She also discusses special topics each week and encourages interaction among the group. She is supportive, caring and listens to everyone. I found the course very beneficial overall and would highly recommend it to others.

I adored Niamh's baby massage class. I learned loads and Niamh was such a wonderful teacher. I looked forward to the class every week and was sad when it ended. Book it - you won't be disappointed! You and baby will love it :)

Myself and baby Lucas did baby massage. He absolutely loved the massage but also being around other babies. It was also lovely that Niamh introduced a topic every weeks for the mams to discuss together and share!! Definitely recommend!

Great value, baby massage class. Niamh is very knowledgeable about pregnancy and baby topics and always happy to answer questions. I loved the sociability of it and being able to feed baby without embarrassment. Nice to learn how to relax baby too.

I undertook both Niamh's PREGNANCY CLASSES (Relax Stretch and Breathe in Raheny) and wonderful BABY MASSAGE classes with my new arrival. THE RELEX STRETCH AND BREATHE PREGNANCY classes in Raheny were a brilliant mix of antenatal information - much more comprehensive than the standard antenatal classes - and yoga-type movements. Also a great opportunity to chat to other mums-to-be . As someone who'd started with a huge anticipation of labour, Niamh's classes and information gave me all the tools to feel empowered going into my birth and advocate for the labour I most desired. I am indebted to Niamh for the skills and confidence she imparted to me and it made for such a positive birth experience - Still can't believe I'm lucky enough to be able to say that! I did Niamh's 5-week BABY MASSAGE classes, starting when my little one was 3 weeks old. It was so lovely for me to chat to other first time mums and got lots of tips and tricks from our lovely group. The class was a lovely way to bond with baby and we've incorporated the massage into our nighttime routine and is working really well. The tummy massage in particular has really helped his digestion too. Niamh's classes are also very reasonably priced too.

Baby Massage was a great way to learn the benefits and practice of baby massage in a lovely, supportive environment. Niamh is a fantastic teacher (I also did her relax, stretch and breathe class while I was pregnant). It was also a great way to meet new mums and chat about all things baby. My baby loved it, we started when she was 6 weeks old, and with the techniques and resources provided by Niamh, we'll continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend this class.

Would highly recommend Niamh's baby massage class. I look forward to attending another one of her classes in the future.

Cannot recommend Niamh's baby massage classes enough. She is a fantastic practitioner, the class goes at the nice pace and you get oil and instructions to take home. There is also time to chat to the other parents.during the class. Whether you are going for baby massage or simply to get out of the house it is worthwhile for either reason.

Really enjoyed this baby massage class. Niamh is very experienced and gave some really helpful nuggets of info about babies and development throughout which was great. My little one loves it and it's something lovely we can do together. I also did the pregnancy yoga which was so relaxing and soothing and again the little snippets of info about pregnancy and labour were really helpful. Would really highly ecommend. Thanks Niamh!

Thoroughly enjoyed these classes of baby massage. It was such a nice class to do to bond with my baby. Niamh is a great facilitator and offers great support for new Mums. There is a nice balance of activity, chat and socializing with other Mums which in lockdown is much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I found the massage techniques very useful to relax baby, give her relief from wind, and as a fun way for us to bond. I also really enjoyed how structured Niamh’s classes were, with a little chat, everyone would answer a weekly question, some theory, hands on massage, a little breakout session. It meant that the hour flew by but it also wasn’t too big a time commitment either if it so happened on the day that baby who might not be cooperating or was sleeping or feeding, it didn’t matter, you were still very much welcome and able to participate and learn. Thanks so much Niamh!

I recently completed baby massage classes with Niamh and I can't be more grateful that I sign up for them. It was a great way to bond with my little one. Although he is still little and won't last through the whole massage I could still watch the instructions and learn and try it later when he lets me. Niamh made every class so enjoyable I already miss them. At the end of each class we got little chat time which is great as there aren't many opportunities to meet other mums outside at this time. Also, I am happy to say that last Friday and today I completed full body massage for my baby boy and he couldn't be more happy and relaxed. Thank you again for everything Niamh. Loved your class!

I really enjoyed this class. A lovely opportunity to connect with my baby while learning some lovely relaxation techniques for her. I had attended a different in-person class with my first baby but found this virtual class with Niamh works so well. I could see the instruction even better over camera while in the comfort of our own home. Baby was always tired after and I could put her straight into her cot for a sleep!! Thanks Niamh for another great class. Niamh is a great instructor and brilliant support for pregnant and new mums.

Finished this brilliant 5 week last week and I'm really sad its over. Niamh is an amazing instructor but also was a great listener and supporter of all the mums on the course. She took an interest in what we had to say how our babies were doing and made sure to check we were happy in how the course was going. The course is brilliant and fun to do. Highly recommend it.
