Met David my 1st time visiting Galway and it was the most out of the world experience. I promised David an out of the world, outrageously over the top review to match my amazing experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU VISIT DAVID! ‐-------- Oh, David Newman, what a stellar dream, Founder of Galway Bay Coffee, it seems! With a twinkle in his eye and a skip in his stride, He welcomes you in with arms open wide! His smile's as bright as a thousand suns, In his coffee haven, the fun never runs. Eccentric and quirky, oh what a delight, He brews up a storm, every day and night! His beans dance and sing, a merry little tune, Each cup is a masterpiece, a sip's like a boon.David's magic touch, it's really quite grand, In Galway, you'll find the best in the land! From lattes to cappuccinos, he crafts them with glee, A coffee connoisseur, he's the one you should see. Super friendly and warm, like a big cozy hug, With David at the helm, you'll feel just like a snug bug! So if you're seeking a brew, that's quirky and fine, Head to Galway Bay Coffee, the treasure you'll find. With David's touch, it's an experience, not just a sip, Five stars aren't enough, he's a coffee-lover's trip!

Exceptional coffee; I had a flat white and a "powerball". Very interesting owner and atmospheric decoration with vintage objets. Worth taking your life in your feet and cycling to! You will certainly have the energy to cycle back.

I thought I had great coffee before...........but not until today. Bought a cappuccino this morning topped with Venezuelan chocolate flakes from the barista legend himself David Newman in *Galway Bay Coffee Company* on the Old Monivea Rd and it was heavenly, the best in Galway!!! He had also a selection of pastries from Le Petit Delice and I gladly indulged. Thanks David.

I knew I would be arriving at Windsor Motors by bus and about half an hour before they opened, so I had checked if there was somewhere close by where I could get a coffee. This came up on my search, and the reviews were great, so that made my mind up. It was lashing rain on my walk from the bus stop so I needed the shelter and to warm up! It's located in a industrial estate which meant my fellow patrons were all working in the businesses there, so that was a good sign. Cherry greeting from Dave, who made me a lovely Americano for 2.90euro, bargain! Got some good car advice from 2 guys as well when they found out why I was there and what car I was buying. Left warm, dry and reassured! Highly recommended.

I've had great coffee in many places around the globe; Brisbane, Aus to Seattle, WA to NYC to Riyadh and plenty more in between. David's place here is in my top five favorite places to get a cup of coffee. He and Adrian made me and my family phenomenal coffee and we had great conversation with them. I will always recommend this place to friends visiting Galway and I can't wait to come back myself!

Dave is a absolute gentleman, who puts great care into his coffee. Very passionate about his craft and I thoroughly enjoyed my black americano, smooth with no bitterness or unwanted aftertaste. Notes of dark chocolate and hazelnut.

The coffee and tea are lovely. And Dave is a friendly and welcoming owner who is kind to his customers. This is my favourite cafe in Galway. If you spend a morning there with your laptop, you will be introduced to all the regulars. It's good craic.
