Staff is usually very nice but the woman manager there has absolutely no compassion or understanding of owning a pet. Her behaviour is disgusting when I tried to explain why I wanted to put a notice on the board to help me pay for my huge vet bills as my dear cat been sick and just diagnosed with cancer! Used to shop there for years but won't go there any longer! Pet is part of the family.

Really nice groomers. Working with the same girl. My dog is very nervous but he's getting better each time. She listens to what I want and knows how to deliver! Job very well done!

Great service , I went out too pet mania to have my dog chipped and on arrival met girl Erica that was so good with my dog she really new how to handle the dog and put my dog at ease as she can make strange with other's!!! ( microchipping literally was done in minute's)Erica called me day before just refresh my memory of the appointment which I found amazing as with are day to day life's we can forget!!!!! Also when I was in the store they have absolutely everything for dogs and cats ect that you wish to find !!! So we'll worth a visit 😁😁 thanks so much

The grooming at this place is ATROCIOUS. If you get a dog to groom for the first time and its obviously afraid of scissors and what not, you at least 1) get a good groomer to take care of this dog (not a newbie); 2) make sure BOTH ears look the same after the cut; 3) make sure there’s more than just perfumed shampoo put on the dog. AVOID GROOMING HERE. A-T-R-O-C-I-O-U-S!

Fantastic staff who will go out of their way to help you within the store. Only place that stocks our dogs food Eden. Dog grooming service is super and always give a 5 star treatment. My dog not a fan of grooming but loves the staff and runs in now everytime for his groom with his tail wagging which gives me complete peace of mind. Conditioning treatment leaves his coat unbelievably soft and get regularly commented on it. Highly recommend. 🐶❤

Held back writing review for a week or two as its easy to throw up a bad review in the heat of the moment, but am totally disappointed with the grooming service in Carlow branch. Groomers cant follow instruction even do it was written on the booking what way we would like the dog groomed. Its obviously a production line operation, get the dogs in, shave them job done. We specifically asked for the dog not to be shaved, and just lightly groomed, but they shaved him. Is very distressing for an owner to come pick up there dog and see the state he is in. probably a good bit of advice would be to find an independent groomer, while petmania make it easy for you to book online and maybe we took the easy option and regret it now booking him in. We have found an independent groomer now, and while its slightly more expensive over the year works out cheaper as they have a slightly bigger gap between grooms.

Really good visit. We have 2 rescue dogs, 1 is petrified of people and she has been going to Erica for a while now. Erica is so patient with her. I have no doubt she has a tough job. Thanks you. I'm not sure who looks after our other dog Louie but I now have 2 happy dogs going to the groomers. Keep up the good work.

Popped in to get some fish supplies and maybe a few fish .. walked completely out .. staff clearly aren’t bothered about taking dead fish out of their tank nor the health of their fish .. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

We're always delighted with Mindys grooms here and it lasts for weeks. We get so many compliments on it too. On top of that it looks like an amazing, relaxing and detailed experience for the dog which is the main thing I was looking for with this part of owning a Bichon.

Lovely staff, very helpful and informative, we supplied ourselves with some fish, tank filter and few more bits, fish are very healthy and happy.

Went here to learn more about fish as I had no clue whatsoever. If not for someone called Rachel helping me - I would’ve been so overwhelmed!!! Amazing service, I was so surprised at how knowledgeable the staff here are. Absolute shoutout to Rachel! Ordered the tank today.

We had our four legged baby groomed here today. She loved the place and the attention she received. The result was not bad either. While our doggy was groomed we were browsing the large selection of pet equipment and ended up buying some treats for our four legged family members. Must be one of the best pet stores I visited.

Disappointed. Santry branch did not follow grooming instruction by dog owner. They just shaved him a 1 all over, not even neatly, very tight cut. Was pretty shocked, my dog looked like a different dog coming out and not in a good way. Careless really.

The shop has so many products, however not many options for cat sand. Most products seem to be put together and not much organization within the products. Staff was extremely nice when I got served.

Absolutely amazed by the service the girls gave! I was bringing my Shih Tzu pup for his first ever groom and the way they treated him was so refreshing to see, he was given all the love and care which is the most important part for me. And besides all that his groom is absolutely amazing! Really couldn't have asked for more and thank you so so much to all the staff and groomers! ❤

Very helpful staff, bought everything for my aquarium setup and was reasonably priced. Went back for fish and they are still going strong. The aquariums are clean and we'll kept with good quality fish. Highly recommended.

Michelle is magic at grooming my dog. He is not the easiest to manage but she is brilliant. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

We were looking to book an appointment but the wait was a month+ The gentleman on the phone made us aware that we could get in sooner if we were available to take a cancellation. So we took a cancellation the next day. Great service and staff. Our Maltese mix doesn't usually like groomers but they took great care of him and did a fantastic job. You can drop your dog off and they will txt you when the grooming is complete. You can leave feedback for your next visit i.e leave a bit more length next time.
