Order food from this place on a Friday, received an email saying it was out for delivery on Monday, Wednesday came and I still hadn't received my order so I called to check and they didn't know what happened and promised to call back. Received a call back an hour later telling me that the reason it wasnt delivered is because they dont have stock and they will only get stock in on friday morning but they dont do deliveries on fridays. No apologies, nothing. A simple phone call on Monday would have been enough but NO they simply decided to ignore my order because who cares if my dog doesnt have enough food even tho I ordered and paid for the food. Def wont be ordering from here again.

Great product. Very quick delivery. After 50 years with dogs, I was sceptical of a raw addition to diet in a new pup.The results have been very noticeable. Smaller more solid stools. Less flatulence and odour and greater focus and good energy. The product arrives frozen, stows away easily and each chub defrosted the day before use. Highly recommended.

Ordered raw dog food here on the recommendation of my vet. Spoke to a friendly human on the phone, made my order and it was at my door for breakfast the next day! Delighted with this service and will be ordering regularly. Dog loves the food too!

My dog loves their food. I sometimes order online, but other times, it's good to visit the premises. The staff their stuff and give great advice about the food for your pets.

The guys really know their stuff. Our 6 year old rottweiler was always at the vets with inflammatory problems or weakness in joints. And very fussy with food. Now himself and our 6 month old rottweiler are flying. Shiny coats, and healthy as anything. And the best part... no more messy poos :) The excited tail wag when the see it coming out the fridge says it all! Absolute game changer

Great for raw food as it is sold in smaller packs that are much easier to store, lots of different choices for doggies too.

Just received our sampler box! Our lurchers snoot was mashed up against the box from door to table - safe to say he could smell something he REALLY wanted! We're introducing it slowly to see how he takes it, but I can safely say the bit we gave him disappeared in seconds. Really impressed with the size of the cattle heart we ordered too, very good value for money. Shout out for having salmon oil in stock, we've found that very hard to source lately! Thanks for the quick delivery and friendly service - hopefully we'll be sticking with you!

Good variety of complete frozen minced meats 80-10-10 in 454g portions for your raw fed dog. Frozen chicken feet also available, a favourite of my dogue.
