My experience was a very positive one. I went to buy a mattress and was a bit overwhelmed by the different options. Kevin, the sales assistant, was really helpful and he made my task much easier.

I must say the staff in Corcorans Furniture store in Tralee are the nicest and most friendliest and helpful staff I have come across in a long time. They will go out of their way to help you, If your shopping for furniture of any sort then Corcorans Tralee is the place to go for a stress free shopping experience.

We visited the Tralee store on Saturday and were greeted by Geraldine, what a charming and professional lady, she advised us on colours design and quality, none of our questions were left unanswered and she went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. We couldn't but buy from her! She definitely made our purchase easy and enjoyable. She is a huge asset to Corcoran's furniture and we can't speak highly enough of her. Thank you Geraldine!! this is a fabulous furniture store in manor place Tralee, with a good selection of items very well displayed. But the best thing about this store are the staff. we were looked after by Joanna who was very well informed, genuine and extremely pleasant sales person. there was no pushy sales technique as often encountered and importantly we were not rushed. I intend to be back!

Great selection in Manor Tralee store and most importantly unlike other stores nearby are not overpriced and in my opinion Corcoran's have superior quality. We made a couple of visits to make sure our choices suited us and all the team of Kevin, Brita and Joanne over both days could not have been more helpful. Each one of them has a unique eye for detail and all of them assisted us and none of them pushed us. We are very happy that we took our time and we would have been lost without their experience which is on an interior design level. My husband and I are delighted with the service at Corcorans Tralee. They have a great range of quality carpets. Vincent was most helpful with all of our requests and was very pleasant to deal with. Ordered a suite in mid September and haven’t received it yet. Was told we would have it well before Christmas- usually 10/11 weeks. Queried it’s whereabouts last week and was told we would have it this week. Rang this week and no trace. Finally told today we will have it in 2 weeks. I wonder! Wouldn’t buy from Corcoran again. Suite finally arrived on Friday 29th. Firstly I have no issue with the product however the same level of incompetence shone through the delivery process. I would have expected a phone call the day before advising of a time etc. No such luck. We were contacted Friday morning and told they would deliver that day.My wife was at work and I was in Tralee shopping. I was told they would call me 45 minutes before arriving. My wife got a call from the delivery crew saying they would be there in 15 minutes. I was over 40 minutes away and had to suspend my shopping and rush home. All in all a dreadful level of customer service and no offer of any form of compensation. Never again.

Just received my new suite from Corcoran's Furniture, Tralee. It is absolutely amazing, I am so in love with it! The staff in the shop were amazing to deal with, especially my Sales Rep, Joanna. And the delivery drivers were second to none. They were so professional and took great care with everything. Thanks Seanie and Billy 😊 I would definitely recommend Corcorans!

Went in the Tralee shop looking for a carpet for my lounge. The service I got from Vincent was next to non from start to finish. My carpet arrived and was fitted within two weeks. Fitters were brilliant. Thank you.
