Owner is awesome. Universal Books is a treasure trove of books, vinyls, collectibles and antiques. Always worth a visit to see what “new” old things they have and to see what’s changed. You might find a collectible lego person, metal sign, or a treasured old LP album. Aye, it’s THE place for analog music in all of Donegal. Happy “hunting” and exploring.

An amazing place. Fabulous Milk Jugs on offer at the moment but I'd never put Milk in them! John will guide you on what to do with them 😂 Always have to call in here if only to say Hi to David and his wonderful staff. Always a warm welcome and a real Treasure Trove in it's own right....

Brilliant little shop in Letterkenny - takes a little finding, well worth it when you do. Spent an hour or so crate digging in the vinyl section during Oct 23, and having great craic with David, the owner, who is very knowledgeable on music, and particularly the Irish music scene. Lots of hidden gems there to look through, | found some good Paul Weller and Neil Young stuff that was new to me, and the book and CD sections were full of gold too. My wife got holiday reading material, I got vinyl, whats not to like! Well worth a visit, thanks David!!

Favourite shop in Letterkenny. Full of hidden gems. Top notch vinyl selection. Retro gaming and books galore. Staff are thebest. Perfect shop for buying presents. I highly recommend a visit!

Lovely nic nack shop full of hidden treasures, books, records, CD's and Lego figures. Kids all found something they liked, the guy that served us was really nice and helpful.

Sells fake pokemon cards, wouldn't chance buying any retro games etc because of this, donesnt state anywhere on them they aren't real

I got an old Eagles double CD and it plays perfectly. There is a very big selection of old CD's, LP's, books and objects.

This is the best wee shop in Letterkenny, lán stad. A tiny treasure trove stacked high with books, music, games, swag, nerdy gadgets and bizarre bric a brac. Live every inch of it. A must visit.

Great shop everything priced reasonably unlike every other shop in town
