Amazing pet shop, plenty of interesting things to see. The guy we spoke to in there was full of information and we got to look at plenty of animals up close. My son had a frest time here. I'd definitely recommend it!

Different from other stores but only in the best of ways. I've been keeping fish for many many years and the quality of fish that these guys stock is second to none. The staff are very pleasant to deal with and the store itself is well kept and most importantly the animals are healthy and looked after. Big thumbs up from me.

Today I travelled one and a half hours to purchase a crested gecko. I met with Allen who was exceptional at his job. Very informative. We had a great chat about lizards and tropical fish. An excellent experience I would highly recommend. Thanks for all your help Allen!

I found this place and I was amazed and pleased by the selection and care of animals in this pet shop. The worker was very helpful and so knowledgeable about what would be best for my bearded dragon. It was nice to know that I was getting the best possible advice as the person working is qualified to care for these animals and I would recommend anyone with a reptile or any jungle pets to go here for supplies and support with queries. Best service and experience I’ve ever had in a pet shop.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Kids had a wonderful time learning so much from Alan about all the different types of animals! Clear to see all animals were cared for well and the expertise on their handling proved just as brilliant.

Always great going in to Jungle pets IE to see the set ups and their large range of animals and reptiles. It was especially amazing going in when it was quiet as the staff member Alan was able to have a proper chat with us and we were lucky enough to handle a few animals. It's clear that the animals and reptiles are very well cared for and are all extremely tame around strangers also. Thank you to the staff for the amazing visit and for some advice on shedding with my royal!

This review is a few months late so apologies about that. Took my kids into this pet shop because they really wanted to get a tortoise. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, we ended up walking out of there with a horsefield tortoise and a complete set up. The kids were smiling ear to ear, a few months on and 'honey' has settled in great. Great wee shop, thank you.

Called in to see about getting a turtle. Spoke with Alan and he was able to help me get set up with a tank set and was really helpful about what I needed as well as care. We chose a musk turtle who is doing great. Would highly recommend and the staff are able to help with questions. Will be back in the future as they have some other amazing animals!

Best pet shop got my bearded dragon Balerion from Jungle pets and Alan was brilliant had my set up all finished for us and ready to go as soon as I was ready highly recommend 👌

Top notch pet shop and definitely worth a visit! Allen who works there is very knowledgeable and informative, and always takes the time to help with any inquiries you may have about an animal. They have a large selection of great animals in the shop for beginners to experienced keepers, as well as a wide range of setups for any animal they have available. I have purchased both animals and setups from here and it’s been a pleasure! Always go in for my reptile feed and am always welcomed every time i show. 100% recommend.

We first went to jungle pets in May 2022 and purchased turbo my sons tortoise and set up for his birthday. We then went and purchased the full set up for his leapord gecko that he received for Christmas. The service and knowledge that is given in this store is brilliant, I highly recommend it.

What an amazing pet shop! It was like taking my kids to the zoo. They have animals I'd never heard of. Alan was brilliant and told us everything we needed to know and was so so helpful. We got 2 rabbits and will definitely make the trip back there again! Excellent service

We love visiting this pet shop as it is so lovely to see the animals getting great care and handling before visiting their new homes. Alan, the face of this shop is such a welcoming, informative and friendly face. Bursting with information on each and every animal, he is a pleasure to talk to and gives us a very personable experience every time. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough!!

We have bought multiple animals from here and their store in Clough Mills. Brilliant experience every time, both know so much about their animals they're selling, handle them all daily for easier transfers from store to home and also know how to keep the food for the animals and what to feed them, I can't say the same for other pet stores in the county.

can not appreciate and thank Allen enough for making sure my Degus were happy and cared for until i got them home! he has ensured me i can contact any time if i need help with information on the Degus which is more than kind. Allen was kind enough to spend ages talking to me about cages and making sure i was happy and confident with everything i was getting. if you're looking an exotic pet then Allen is your man! as you can see, Renalla has settled nicely in her spacious cage. Thanks again Allen :)
