M&B...your Bagel Breakfast sandwich is the BEST. I was a little skeptical about the tomato chutney... but WOW!! What a delicious surprise of flavor!! Paired with an Easy Cappucino makes the perfect Breakfast. And your Customer Service is GREAT!!

Victoria served us and see was an absolute darling and full of energy with a big smile and positive vibe - she was quick with our coffees. I can see that she is a hard worker with the right attitude and heart towards serving and people.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love their coffee, I am quite a regular and the same faces are always lovely. So much respect for these lovely ladies working long hours and always staying friendly.

The waitress (Kelebogile) was friendly and efficient. Their service was too slow for my liking and the place was not packed at all. The menu is not so bad for someone on a student budget, there are things you can get on a random spoil day as a student. Glad they helped us cheer our friend up for her birthday.

I frequently grab a cup of coffee from M&B and always have the pleasure of being served by exceptional staff, whose service surpasses any other coffee shop in Potch! From the moment you walk in, their attentiveness and professionalism are truly remarkable. Absolutely zero complaints. Staff is always friendly and kind. Very helpful. Prices are good and the food quality is even better. Big bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend. The muffins are 20/10 The toasties with chicken, mayo and i sint know maybe chilli sauce . Absolutely is a must try. God coffee too. Few places serve well brewed coffee and Mugg & Bean has nailed it. If i could give 6 or 10 stars. I would.

Delicious food. Mugg&Bean always exceeds the expectations. M&B On-The-Go is more expensive than the restaurants. Service quality differs from day to day, so be prepared for average service and be pleasantly surprised when you get a friendly staff member. I have come to this specific Mugg & Bean many times before and will continue to enjoy the wifi, cosy atmosphere and those yummy chocolate chip muffins!!

I had such a nice time! My waitress Kelebogile made it sooo nice. She was very helpful with the menu and she made sure me and my friends were taken care of. I really don't mind going back and getting served by Kelebogile again. I loved the food. Keep it up guys!

As regulars we love grabbing something to eat and we keep coming back as we receive amazing service. Marvelous already knows our orders the minute we enter. They serve fast and the staff are friendly.

Great place for business meetings, all day meals ,coffees or snacks. All waiters are Very friendly and kind . Best Mug and Bean I have visited. One of the few places that actually accommodate my vegan lifestyle. Keep it up! Happy customer.
