Their food was very tasty. I ate two porotta and they take some more time to serve. That the the only issue i face and it was very good atmosphere inside but that was situated in the town and that seems little bit bad about that. Gazala also provides room facilities and i doesn't used it. Totally i have a good review about hotel gazala.

Hotel Gazala provide wide variety cuisines and they always try to provide best output for customer satisfaction ,i would recommend to try there CHICKEN BIRIYANI and Turkish alfaham They are so delicious... *CONS : few months before i received biriyani with small Cristal like Stone's but now it's ok there is no more stones, and there Mexican alfaham is too salty *

1.Absolutely horrendous stay at this hotel. I cannot express how disappointed I am. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. The receptionist's attitude was beyond rude and unwelcoming, as if they were doing me a favor by letting me stay here. We have to ask each every thing they giving 1 rps shampoo which make me only happiness in hotel for making me joke for bookings,If ur with family stay away from this hotel 2. The restaurant was no better. The food was tasteless, and the service was excruciatingly slow. It felt like they had forgotten we were even there. Overall, this hotel is a complete disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It was a wasted opportunity to have a pleasant stay, and I'll never set foot in this place again." Over priced rooms. Rooms are too smelly. House keeping people asking tips for unknown persons. Breakfast is not that much good. only couple of items available for breakfast. Don’t waste your money.

I used to visit with my family. A good restaurant with good food and service.

Old rooms. They have a kitchen below and the smoke smell is is always caught inside room. Food is average and price are higher compared to quality and quantity. Rooms are too small. Parking space is tiny. Location is good.

The food was very nice and reasonably priced. The waiters were extremely courteous and helpful. The only drawback is the parking space. But, again the security personnel were very helpful in helping me to park my car.

An average hotel at the heart of town. Good service. The dishes are especially good. Staff and service commendable. The management shall give more attention on room facilities (not spacy )and parking.

Review of the restaurant alone.While the food tasted above average the quantity or portion size leaves a lot to be desired.A Rs 280 mutton biriyani has three small pieces of mutton (Each one literally the size of a matchbox and that too bone pieces).In a rs 330 prawn masala i counted five or six small prawns. Somehow felt like they are being very stingy with the meat.

Atmosphere around the surrounding is good. Service excellent. Waiters were available when needed. Good whatever was available tasty. Varieties of food is not much. Lacation of hotel is conveniently placed. Overall it is okay hotel for price!

I understand that it is a budget-friendly option, there were certain aspects of my stay that left much to be desired.The hotel staff members were generally polite and tried their best to address any concerns I had during my stay. Additionally, the room rates were affordable, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers.

I just went this hotel for a investor's meeting, after meeting there was dinner. Dinner was fine.veg non veg both available, overall look is fine. Vehicle parking space is very less.only 3,4 car can park here.

It's not worth it, which is unexpected for the price paid Service: Service is good,But not great waited for more than 15mins for check-in, Food: Actually is really good, but didn't have space to have them comfortably in the room,actually had them in dressing table thats also small 😅, Overall its not worth for the price i paid, Food is great,

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and overall good. Stayed here for one night and it was good. Equipments are a bit old type, but that is not a big problem.

Booked for onam feast before 9 days, on reaching there have to wait for hour and got meals after fighting. If rush was there at least they should inform the ones who has booked in advance. They not even bothered to serve full menu items. We however had food with a ill feeling. Bad experience. They should maintain the spirit of festival and adequate arrangement to be made and not to gather money only.

AC hall available. Good for a small birthday party, anniversary celebration etc for invitees up to 100 people. Parking space available, near the new max showroom.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff's were very friendly. Rooms were luxurious and spacious especially on the ground floor But the suit room was smaller than i expected. Breakfast was delicious.

Price was affordable, however the maintenance of property is not good, no hot water supply in our room which was non AC. Staffs are ok except theose who carry luggage who expect tip.

Had meals fish curry and podimeen fry for lunch. Meals included payasam. Reasonable rate.

Rooms are of normal category!! We came there to smash!! We did our act!! So we got no much negatives or dislikes with tge facilities!!! Best place for boom boom!! Ohh yeaa

Ok hotel. The hotel is good for staying one night. The rooms we got were clean. Bathrooms were also mostly clean, but the shower heads were dirty. The hot water is only available in the morning. But staff will readily bring the water if we request. There is only centralised AC. So we cannot change the temperature from the room. Staff said that they will be able to set the temperature as per our request. When we reached there we did not get parking. Understandably they give preference to repeat customers in restaurant. That is ok. They told us that some of the cars parked inside belong to "cinema people" (as if we care !! ). They allowed us to park in front of the bakery nearby if we will be able to move our cars from there before 9 am. We moved the car to the inside parking lot the next day before 9 am. At night the rooms will be filled with smoke from the barbecue shop just below. They do not have a proper exhaust mechanism to remove smoke from the kitchen. The smell of burnt flesh becomes unbearable sometimes even for a hardcore non vegetarian. By 3 am the smell in the room was gone. Food at hotel was ok.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is also decent enough. Those are the only 2 things which are ok here. Stinky rooms, torn beds and broken bathrooms are age old and cries for maintenance / replacement. They even swapped premium category room bookings with deluxe category rooms which is just quarter of the size at last minute. Hot water is also a game of luck, forget about afternoon or evening, you may not get hot water even in the mornings if you are not the first one to take bath on that floor. Better to look for other options instead of booking this place atleast till they renovate. With the location and staff attitude advantage, they can definitely do better. Not recommended.

I attended an engagement here. The hall was kind of small ,not properly organized,the food was pathetic and I couldn't even eat. No parking space. The overall experience is a horrible feeling. Guys beware of this hotel.

Food is good but the service is worst.

I order a biriyani through zomato three days before now after consumption I'm suffering from food poisoning don't know which oil they are using for making biriyani I'm trembling with pain,it costed around 2000 for me on hospital please return my money back for the food I have ordered if you can't supply quality food then why are opening and keeping the hotel

Since the hotel is having solar geysor system, all inmates may not get hot water at all times. Few people who takes bath first will get hot water & others have to bath with cold water only. If u ask hotel people, they will tell some lay excuses and pacify the customers. So before entering any hotel, u may confirm the availability or source of hot water to avoid unpleasant situation later

Good restaurant in Palakkad town. Both veg and non veg options. One of the few restaurants open even after 9pm in Palakkad town. Parking is a challenge.
