It was wonderful experience here. I had some issue with my membership card, which I subscribed from another outlet. But Akhila at the reception was very patient and cooperative, and gave me all the benefits of being a member. Salman did my service. He did facil and haircut. Was very professional and patient. Overall really good experience. I will recommend this place to other as well.

I recently happened to visit the salon. I was greeted with friendly staff. Ms. Roy did a wonderful job. She made sure that i was relaxed and comfortable during the entire session. Good ambience too.

During my fourth visit to Vadakkenchery Naturals, the manager's attitude changed when my aunty requested a female staff for her daughter's hair wash. Despite the initial smile, the manager rudely claimed that there were no available lady staff members at the moment. The salon was filled with chemical smoke from a keratin treatment, prompting me to ask for a mask. The manager gave a cold look but eventually provided one. The Rs. 1050 charged for the haircut only covered short layers at the bottom, leaving the overall experience dissatisfying.

I did my hair colouring here and had the best experience, They did my hair and I highly recommend her, if you are gonna get your hair coloured from here.He exactly delivered what I asked for, if not better!😊. he was also very patient in answering all my questions. So if you get your hair coloured check him/her out, I would say she’s one of the best.

I had the best experience with hair colouring. I got exactly the way I wanted with the Cxact colour Obsesscd with my hair now. A very big thanks to the whole team who did a wonderful job he did it with a lot of patience. She spent time by adding small details which made it look even more better. I would end by saying I had a very good service and also she did magic to my hair. It's worth the money. Thanks a lot

If I could give this 10 stars I would .I was made to feel very welcome and not silly. The services provided by the staff Rema is pretty good and also the products they use are of high quality . I went for doing hair colour,facial and pedicure .The lady was so professional as and kind, I felt like I had know for years!! The staff is polite and are prompt in their services The team are doing everything to make their customers Feel safe during their visit to the salon , offering a clean environment to enjoy having my hair colour . I felt listen to and was given good advice on what would suit my hair and face shape, lovely hiar colour , will definitely be going back. The owner is soft spoken and advise given by her are genuine and she is knowledgable. I would recommend everyone this salon and the staffs are so humble and the other staff ambili give me snacks . I like the hair colour and the facial was so useful and the products they use was high branded things and also the pedicure make me satisfied Definitely will be going back to the Naturals.
