DO NOT EAT HERE !!! I ordered off Uber eats one of the only places open late nights and let’s just say I wish I didn’t my steak sub barely had any steak it was more onions and mushrooms than anything on a hard French bread I ordered the chicken fingers meal I called to make sure instructions were followed and when I received the order all I received was the refried old tasting chicken fingers no fries I also ordered separately some tater tots and when I say it was so hard I mean all crunch no softness I reached out to Uber eats and can’t be refunded due to me having the same experience w a different restaurant I’m not entitled to a refund I’m highly disappointed highly disgusted with this place every time I order the food quality sucksssss like why is this place even open !!

Terrible! I usually don't review restaurants but..... This is hands down thee worst garbage plate in Rochester. Burger was tough, fries cold, and the Mac salad was disgusting...not sure if old or what but had a sour flavor. I don't know if they were busy, short staffed, or product bad...but I will not not eat from here again.

Boyfriend ordered through Uber eats and the order was wrong clearly didn’t follow directions. Used nacho cheese sauce for cheese on my plate instead of actual cheese which was gross and I can’t eat meat hot sauce due to a stomach issue and it was on my plate when I did not ask for it also asked for mustard and was not on the plate. Macaroni salad was very watery and did not taste good. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered food through doordash, but had to come to google for a review. I ordered a mango-strawberry smoothie, cajun fries(light seasoning), and the chicken over rice. The chicken over rice was flavorful, but room temp, it had clearly been sitting. The "smoothie" was more like a slushie. It was mostly melted by the time it arrived, which wasn't a problem, but it had barely any fruit, and was a heart attack in a cup. I decided to save it and add it to my morning smoothie, but when I went to mix it, large bubbles with a weird film formed on top, so I poured it out. It was a complete waste of money, 10/10 would not order again. Now, my fries is what really made me upset. I ordered cajun fries, and asked for light seasoning, because cajun seasoning is known to have high salt content, and they were for a kid. When i opened the fry box, I knew someone either didn't read instructions, or was being an a**hole with the amount of seasoning on the fries, on top the fact that they too, were room temp. Now, I'm aware that some food may need to be reheated depending on restaurant distance and their foot traffic, but I was located a legit 3 minutes from the restaurant, so there was no excuse. I actually thought that it might have been a bad night, but according to the rest of the reviews, this is how this establishment normally operates. I will not be ordering here again. I added photos of my "lightly seasoned" fries. Oh, and I almost forgot about the hard flatbread.

Got a plate meat sauce went well with the Mac. Burgers were thin over cooked and burnt on one side. Burger had no real taste to it. Diced onions were as big as the home fries and over powering. Plate was small compared to other places. I asked for extra meat sauce on side paid for it didn't get it. Wouldn't order a plate from here again. Much better places for plates.The only thing that saved this from a one star was the gyro big tasty and full of meat best part of the order. I will order from here again to try other stuff. Just their plates need improvement. I have had many plates from many places. This is bottom of my list. Again gyro was really good tho probably near top of my list of places.

They gave me a complete Burned beef Patty my beef Patty was coming out from the bottom of the container very nasty I’ll never try and order from here again

After reading the other reviews I must say, I’m in shock. My personal experience is nothing like theirs. I ordered my food through door dash on a whim because I wasn’t able to grab dinner earlier so it was one of few restaurants still delivering. After placing my order ($42 worth) it was all hot and ready within just 15-20 minutes. Delivered within 30 minutes or less and everything was delicious! My plate came with 2 burgers, home fries and mac salad, which hit the spot. Which also got an order of onions which were perfectly crisp, mozzarella still and two slices of cheesecake. We were left with both full and happy tummies!

By far the best plate I've had and the wings were delicious! Ordered at around 3 am with Uber Eats and it was made and delivered quicker than i thought. It was one of the only places open at that hour too. Definitely will order again in the near future ❤

this place is a hit or miss. there were times I loved the food but most of the time it was burnt, lacking ingredients or stale. i’ve had to get 2 refunds through uber eats. Sucks that this is one of the only places open late and lakeside hots is just as bad.

Good people love the lamb..... foods always good........... definitely try their smoothies 😋

The Gyro Over Rice (served with rice, pita and salad) is great! Same for fried mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, chicken quesadilla and chicken wrap. Baklava is a must get too! So delicious!

The chicken over rice is so good I get extra white sauce. The price is reasonable for the amount. I order it at least once a week. Highly recommended.

terrible service. on the phone for 15-20 mins sometimes. delivery takes over a hour. i recommend you just pick up your food

I ordered wings before work they were undercooked. Big n fat not fried correctly I got refunded true however cook the wings harder 80% of your clients are black and we all know that we like our wings well, crispy not hard and rubbery

I got a chicken over rice plate last night , they didn't put the red sauce on it , food was dry , food on the plate definitely don't match the price .. gotten food here before an it wasn't like this .. yall got to do better

I don't ever leave reviews for food places and restaurants but I went into Uber Eats at 11:30 last night and saw how late these guys were open. I ordered a Gyro plate with French Fries, Mac, and everything but relish. I've had Gyro and Lamb a million times but I've never had a Garbage Plate renditions of a Gyro. 10/10 would recommend. Delicious.

Chicken over rice and Gyro over rice are great. Enjoy the smoothies and the baklava is amazing.

Literally the best Gyros I've had in Rochester. Always happy with my delivery, I feel bad for the others experience. Never had an issue tho!

Ordered 50 dollars in food and the order that was delivered was wrong. When I called to complain I was told I have to use their app to get my money back (which isn't even possible on app). They refused to remake and redeliver the food. They told me I (after telling them I'm disabled) had to go and pick up my food because they refused to pay another driver to deliver. The manager basically told me if we'll. I get 818 a month from disability and when I try to do something nice a restaurant steals my money. It's not like I could even eat it because what they delivered I was allergic to.

We ordered $90 worth of food from them and charged us twice and didn’t show up until 2:30am we put in our order at 11:00. We were all passed out by then. Found the food on our front porch. Total rip off

I ordered a steak sub I am at my overnight job and it was the only thing open where I thought I could eat anything. I paid extra for boss sauce didn’t get it, didn’t get the mushrooms, it was more mayo then meat which is disgusting 🤮 they were huge chunks of not even cooked/sautéed vegetables for 11.99 I can get better quality steak sub from the corner store for $5-6 with more meat larger sub and better quality like if the cook don’t want to work just say that

Decided to give this place another chance, this time walking in instead of delivery. I was a lot happier this time. I would definitely recommend this spot for a cheap, great halal meal. Just don't get delivery, as they tend to mess the orders up (or so it seems).

A crew of misfits find magic in the kitchen serving a little bit of Pakistan comfort and quick hots American meals. Always friendly and well its the same classic food as most other late night places but it is served in an unassuming environment making it low key for late night eats servicing all night owls. Try the chicken or gyro over rice for comfort or the kafta pita. Steak subs, chicken fingers and wings are always hot and crispy. But what's the best of the place is the men and women that find each other coming from different backgrounds that provide jobs to people in a neighborhood that doesn't have enough fathers or mothers motivating them. I couldny be more lucky to have a new friends.

I don’t know what everyone’s talking about but this place is THE BEST! my favorite place to order late night. Wraps and chicken/lamb and rice is bomb!

For the price that I payed I should of got four lamb chop however I was satisfied with the food.they should have cut the pita bread in half like advertised in picture.the sauce was spicy for mild sauce.
