Beautiful spot for a daybreak. Has a cafe and an eco-shop by the greenhouse. Zoo, immaculate gardens and lawns. A bit overpriced. (Entrance fee is about 100 hryvnas per person) The cheapest day is Tuesday (about 40 hryvnas).

I could easily stay here for days. The house is amazing!! The level of Yanukovych's corruption is laughable. His partner had a diamond studded bog brush for god sake.... I highly recommend a visit... Don't forget the dogs training centre..

Amazing place, enormous space, you should come here very early to have time to enjoy all park, I need come back here and take an excursion) They have excursions on electrocar and by walking. Separately, you can take an excursion to the Honka where lived ex-president. It's perfect place to have picnic here on the grass near field for golf.

Wonderful place although i didn't see everything so large it is !... Really wonderful to walk ! So colorfully and so many space ! Beautiful for making a romantic walk, a wonderful photoshoot.. it's enjoying for young and old ! The history of this place isn't so cheerfully.. but even with that it is worth every penny ! Please visit it when you're in the neighborhood... It is definitely worth it ! ❤️

It's probably the most beautiful park I have ever been to. Amazing territory, fantastic views, and so many little surprises! We visited in October which means we were lucky to capture everything in the most beautiful colours of autumn. But I definitely want to come here again in winter and in spring - in every season the landscape of this park looks beautiful! And it is very reasonable to bring bikes or rent them on sight - it would probably be impossible to cover everything on foot.

Beautiful place. Unfortunate how it came to be. However, I am wishing for a bright Ukrainian future! You could easily spend a whole day here depending how many excursions you'd like to do. Definitely recommend the main excursion through the spa to main house. It is 500h per person and they only accept cash. There is also a fee to get in the national park. They accept cards at the front gate, but cash only for tours in the park. There are bicycles and scooters for rent. You can also rent golf carts to take you to destinations. We walked it with a stroller and it was difficult but a good workout. It has some very steep, long inclines on the roads so expect a good workout.

Вражаюче місце, важко повірити, що воно належало одній людині. Дуже сподобалось, велика територія пішки обійти за один день тяжко тому брав при вході велосипеди на прокат. Дуже гарна природа, багато місць де можна посидіти розтиливши ковдру і випити кави забувши про міську метушню. На території є місця де продають їжу або можна замовити підццу на доставку по території. Дуже сподобалось, при можливості відвідаю знову.

This is a huge luxurious park which used to be a residence of escaped Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych. There is no such beautiful park zone in Kyiv or around. Here you can visit zoo, farm, golf field, stroll along beautiful embankment, numerous of lakes with ducks, geese and swans, attend a museum of retro cars, look at luxurious buildings and enjoy nature. There are several cafes and restaurants on the territory. Any adult can enter the park for 150 hryvnias ($6). Parking is free and can place about several hundreds cars.

Nice monument of corruption of the president Yanukovich. It is very good that it is being kept as a monument now, but I wish that it was a bit more friendly for tourists - like a nice restaurant or two on the property grounds would go a long way toward making that happen.

Ціна за вхід дорогувата,враховуючи ,що це все побудовано за гроші українців і так. Територія велика,але за пару годин можливо обійти повністю. Чисто та акуратно,багато людей,є прокат самокатів і тд. В цілому очікування були завищеними.

Very cool place. Spent the whole day there. The house is definitely worth the tour, it's about 2hours long but feels like 30min. The tour guide is informative and great

Все ухоженно, есть на что посмотреть.

Гарне місце, білет на даний момент 300 грн, всередину резиденції зайти не можна, багато дерев ще вкутані від негоди. Ціноутворення треба трошки змінити. Брали на прокат самокати, за годину обʼїхати територію навколо резиденції. Вже трошки зношене все, потребує ремонту.

Дуже красивий Парк! Все є, дуже прикольно і весело. Красиво атмосфера і красі квіти річки тварини і все таке!

Better come early in the morning to park auto and get without lines. It's overcrowded in the weekend, be careful. Also it's not worth to get bike or scooter rent, because many locations in the park are laying above steps. It's better walking.

Вхід дорогий, обраховують, 1 повний квиток, 2 студента, і 1 до 14 років, всього 4 людини. Сказала що буде 1000 гривень, дав гроші, і потім зрозумів, що щось не те... забагато... я їй кажу що за фігня, на що вона сказала, що ви вже оплатили по такій ціні, що вона мала на увазі не зрозумів, не стали сваритись, портити настрій. Суча натура касира

Територія занедбана. На території не працює жодне кафе, немає навіть де кави випити! Раніше на фермі продавали молоко коров'яче та козине, приїжджали сюди заради молока, зараз навіть цього немає, персонал каже продали всіх кіз і корів. Кінного та кінологічного клубів які є на карті, взагалі немає. Прибрали всі лавочки, ніде присісти. Керівництво, до вас звертаюсь, починайте ворушить своїми дупами, бо втратите всіх відвідувачів, такими темпами!! Дуже і дуже погані враження!
