We stayed for a night and the stay was comfortable. The reception even offered a complimentary child bed to accommodate our kid. The room was nicely furnished for its size and had all the basics and also had a mini fridge. Didn't eat there but did see a good spread of buffet for dinner and breakfast. Basement parking had space for 6-8 cars and there is also space outside. Good stay overall.

The hotel is about 1.5 km from the airport. It has a delightful ambience. The staff are helpful and service is also good. However, everything is tiny and cramped - the room, bathroom etc. There is hardly any space in the room to move around. For this size of rooms, the hotel is overpriced.

It is located at the main place. Rooms are very clean. The service provided by the people is good. The AC condition is very good. I had dinner here but somewhat costly... Other things are very Good

This is our first visit to Coimbatore and it is a unplanned one. After googling some hotels we selected your hotel and at present staying at your hotel. The overall room and hotel is pleasant. 1.But after checking in around 7:30pm when we went to fresh up we were surprised to know that hot water is not there. These days hot water 24X7 is common in a decent star hotel so we didn’t check about that while checking in. 2. We requested for extra towels and water to be refilled. In spite of requesting twice it is still not done. Had we been told we would have got our own water bottles. We have kids and it is really annoying for us to keep on requesting basic things. These are the problems we have faced till now, hope we don’t have further surprises.

The room is too small they must think seriously. Chair limited. Uncomfortable in case any guest visits you to meet. No co-operation and kindness from the support staff.I changed my stay at the end of business trip stay to Gokulam park.Paid 1K extra and enjoyed the stay comfortably.

Rooms are decent and well cleaned Atmosphere and location is perfect The main negative side is on management perspective. our team stayed for a business trip and couple of days we were restricted in taking dinner due to private party hosted in same location its not about staff working there. it’s about mgmt and they need to think how they can seamlessly offer food for both guests and party ppl

Great rooms. Comfortable. I stayed overnight only to catch a flight early in the morning, the rooms were comfortable. It's very near to the airport( approx 2 kms) Overall, I find it good.

Nice rooms. I took triple occupancy. Third bed was a portable bed and not comfortable. No screen in the wash room to separate the wet area. Cups, glasses and tea, coffee packs were provided only for two persons. parking is small and can accommodate 8 cars. No valet parking. Restaurant is good.price at bar is very exorbitant. This is newly started one and they have to improve the facilities

I went for a training program.. Utilized the town hall 1.. Hall wise, I really liked it. Good ambiance, great acoustic.. Sounding and screening were good.. Food was not so great.. Average taste.. Less Varieties for Non vegetarians.. Service is ok.. Purely reviewed in my views...

Worst experience ever. Staff is so Ill trained and incompetent to handle customers.Kitchen staff has no basic food items like dal to serve. Reception staff is so lazy and laid back to take half and hr to check out. Printer not working. Think many times before spending your hard earned money on such hotels . Better to pay somewhere it is worth.

We did a family event in zone connect recently. Mr. Ramesh is extremely professional. Good collaboration right from booking till the event completion. Food was excellent and choices of food are plenty. All our friends & families like the food alot. Ambience is very good. Hassle free experience and everything was on time. We thank Zone connect & Team for wonderful support and organization. We strongly recommend.

The food quality, taste and service is excellent. But the only problem is with the cost. It's a very expensive buffet for the total items served which they can consider reducing it.

Nice rooms. New construction. Spacious. Really good variety for breakfast. Really really bad towels. Also, hot water at 11pm wasn’t hot which is such a basic thing for this price

Good location very near Intl airport. Cooperative staff, decent ambience. Breakfast has just abt sufficient menu options. Rooms are basic, small fridge n kettle provided. Wifi password works ! Small negatives - Washbasin is weird, very difficult to use, water splashes all around. Towels seem old nearly worn out. There could be more hooks inside washroom. Hangars inside wardrobe r fixed ( maybe previous guests to blame). No toiletries provided toothbrush etc so pls carry your own stuff. Soap n shampoo in dispensers. Overall good for business trip for 1-2 days.

I am attend the Team DWM conference meeting to address the following issues for improvement: The issue of doors not open close properly. Dirty floor mats. The inconvenience of having more than 78 people in the washroom at the same time. Uncomfortable parking arrangements. On a positive note, The hall's comfort level is commendable. The food menu and tastes have been well-received.

I specifically wanted to mention the restaurant services. They’re really good, really quick, and doing great job!! Rest it was a good stay. The staff of main reception was helpful with stuffs. But kudos to the restaurant services! Great stay

I had a opportunity to stay there for two days. The hotel i very much clean and tidy, gets you an impression of some hotels in Europe side. Location wise it's near to the airport , the staffs are polite and amiable. Moreover the food served there is delicious and appetizing , i happened to get acquainted with the chef there Mr.kavi really nice person. I really enjoyed the foods and stay there.

Very helpful for EV charging The staff are very cooperative. Tata Power ZE charger is small ( 7.5kw). Helpful for emergency.

We had the wedding reception here, the hall is convenient for a crowd of 150-200 members. The food is amazing, the ambiance is great. They gave a great team which supports in all possible ways to make us comfortable. Highly recommended place in Coimbatore 😊

It's a good hotel in Coimbatore. The rooms are a little stuffy though. One of the highlights is that they don't use disposable water bottles and instead use reusable glass bottles. The stay of 4 days was good..they have an affordable bar and their breakfast buffet was also good.

Recently I stayed in Zone Connect Hotel in Coimbatore and it was a good experience. The hotel is very near to the Coimbatore Airport which is a great positivity about this Hotel. The rooms are indeed great and ambience of the hotel is good. Though the Breakfast menu was limited there are scope for improvements with more menus can be included. Nice rooms, but poor lighting and also the segregation of smoking rooms and non smoking room areas are not proper, but very adjacent, the shower is great with all time available hot water, parking in basement is also hassle free, the complimentary breakfast is also lavish and good. The room service is prompt even at the middle of the night.

The hotel was small but really worth for the price. The hotel had the ambience of a 5-star hotel. The food was okay and could have been better.

Rooms are very good.Linen very clean. Near to Airport. Using glass bottles for water is appreciable. Toilets good. I found wash basin novel but small for face wash without spilling water. All Staffs were cordial and helpful.

I don't no about hotel facilities, Visited the restaurant n the ground floor. It's a single dine in. The palce is so small.. It felt like I'm in a dinning attached to the conference hall. If you love little more privacy and good ambience - won't recommend. But i must say, the soup was good.. Also i noticed they had buffet

Overall experience is good . Room was good and clean . But little costly compared to other rooms of same quality . By mistake we have ordered coffe from here and they charged 150 rs for a single cup coffee which was very low quality also. If ur charging like this you should provide better quality to customers

New property so the Rooms are Good and decent. Breakfast also good with enough varieties. Easy to go to Airport from here but little far away from City. Its Ok.
