I did stay with my family in their suite room for one night in September. The hotel is located off main road (not far off) in a calm & quite residential locality. The building has decent appearance as shown in the picture. It looks more like a service apartment. My room was located on the 3rd floor. There was an elevator to access. The room was spacious with 2 queen size cots, 3+2 sofa set and a centre table. It was clean and so were the bed linens. The split AC cooled the room efficiently. There was TV playing only Tamil channels but we did not watch much. Guess there was free Wi-Fi but didn't check. The bathroom was also spacious. All the faucets, sinks were of premium brand and were sparkling clean. The only downside was, lower half tiles on the bathroom walls needed a thorough wash. There was car parking at ground level beneath their building (they don't have any open space). Overall, I had a pleasant stay with nothing to crib. I would recommend this hotel who do not need fancy amenities but only a decent room to stay with a secured 4 wheeler parking space.

just remember this name for the best hotel in lemonade. I have stay for a few days for at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the lift is available..... Excellent hospitality One of the best hotel in coimbatore Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager. The staffs was extremely friendly, room service was very good. Elevator facility very good. We had two great nights here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are very spacious. I booked a room in this hotel through OYO and made the payment online at the time of booking. I made advance booking because I was traveling from kerala. so i afraid about the availability of the room because I book early. I reach the room by almost 9 PM and the time the hotel manager told me that all the rooms are filled. And i need to pay extra 1000 for a deluxe room. He told me that room allotted to another person because we are late. I told him I already made the payment through online and i can check-in at any time. Then he told me that price in oyo is less than our price so they cannot give room for that price. So anyone reading this please dont book in this hotel advance through any apps.

Cheating Lodge. Threatened to pay additional Rs. 300 than the amount paid through OYO informing that the OYO is cheating them. Unclean and worst maintained rooms. The bed sheet and pillow cases are not clean and had blood stains. The fan wings had clouds dust and are unclean and unsafe to sleep under. The A/C pipe in the bathroom let out above the shower and leaked while taking bath. big mosquitoes will not allow you to sleep. In my 20 years of official travelling all over India, I had never met such a uncordial, unruly and uncultured hotel manager who collected an additional charge in unethical way.

Recently visited hotel lemonade for family marriage function. My stay was extremely satisfying. Hospitality wise it was a the great hospitality. Not a comfortable stay. 1. Doors were cracking all the time. 2. Bucket, Mattresses were pathetic 3. No service, you need to ask for everything towel, toilet soap, mosquito repellent, water bottles. 4. Prices were high compared to the service. 5. Door handles were broken & water was dripping in the bathroom

Highly Unsatisfied! Reception is like godown. No professional behavior. AC is not working. Complaint multiple times and they do not care. Even receptionist put the mobile on flight mode and slept. Entire night sleepless due to heat and my 1 year old kid was keep crying. Looks like receptionist drunken and unresponsive when we knock the reception door. Looks like the contact number provided is the owner who behaved rudely when i requested about the room beds are not adequate and is different from uploaded in the makemytrip. Very much disappointed. Even makemytrip support couldn't reach them during emergency. Makemytrip apologized for such bad experience with the hotel.

After a tiring trip I stayed at this hotel. We were 7 and took two rooms. The rooms were clean, extra beds were provided, heater and AC available, very good parking space and a very friendly front desk. A little bit expensive but justified
