I loved this hotel. My family and I arrived at midnight and our room was ready. The place is beautiful and very cozy. The staff was nice and I especially liked one of the valet guys. I believe he was a manager. He was so friendly and inviting, he even gave us some good places to tour. The only think I didn’t like so much was the restaurant. The breakfast bar was great but when we decided to have dinner on Sunday night the staff was more worried about cleaning for the coming week than tending to us. We waited a while for our drinks, then the man went back to cleaning, then brought us our food and he forgot to mention that the burgers we ordered was vegetarian. So then we had to wait even longer for the correct burgers to be made. After that we ordered a burger to go for my husband and they forgot the bacon. He was hungry so we didn’t even mention it to the staff. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will be returning

If I only had to recommend this place just based on the beds it would be worth it, but the staff and the amenities are incredible. it’s such a great getaway for a weekend

Loved our stay here. The elevators are fast, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Slept like a baby. The balcony was a great extra and there are many amenities. The 24hr store in the lobby was very convenient for late night burritos and drinks. The hotel restaurant was very attentive and the food was good!

Oh boy this place is a treat! Creates a whole diffrent atmosphere, that takes you away from the vibe of the city! Super clean and well kept! The best hotel to date that I've encountered. Excellent service, amazing staff, clean rooms, gorgeous building! The view is also something to pay for!

Very well located 5 min to Orange County airport, 7 to Irvine Spectrum Center and 10 to Newport Beach. The lobby is nice and check in was quick and easy. The rooms, hallways and especially the lobby have a very strong fragrance. I personally like it but it might bother those who are sensitive. I found the fragrance reeds hiding in the bathroom it does make you wonder what smells they are tying to mask. The room is dated so that would be the smell :/ My room overlooked the pool area which was beautiful unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it. The sunset from my room was dreamy and the bed/sheets/pillows were all super comfy. I was given a complimentary (very) late check out which was much appreciated as I was here for a conference that day making it convenient to come back and relax during breaks. A good stay over all and would come back.

Not a great experience here at the hotel. While I was sleeping they kept knocking on my door at 7:30am wanting to come in and clean my room. Front desk wasn’t all that nice either. I was expecting some nicer service due to being a hotel, hospitality is their speciality you know? They have a market downstairs that sell some yummy stuff and a bar that’s cool. Overall, wasn’t happy about the staff hospitality.

Was unhappy about only 2 out if 5 elevators working, long elevator waits, towels at the pool on most pool visits, jacuzzi is too small for hotel size, not enough Jacuzzis for the hotel, and overpriced parking. $28 per night parking is ridiculous for hotel guests. That is gauging. I almost gave it 2 stars, but the friendly staff brought to a 3, as they did what they could to make me happy in the end. Rooms are decent. Hotel looks decent

Stayed here on business and had a great experience. Front desk was polite and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was right by SNA airport and near the highway for easy access. Parking was easy. Complimentary breakfast was actually great, and the food at the hotel restaurant was impressive! The lobby bar has events such as karaoke on some nights.

The room was fine. We were here for a work event on a random weeknight and they have a seriously bumping bar area. Not very many beers on tap, but two different people made us cocktails and they were good. the seating is really nice in the bar area and very good for social situations. Also, right across from the bar area is their hotel store. The hotel store is more like a little 7-Eleven. They have everything there, all sorts of drinks and chips and snacks etc. It really is a nice place for a late-night gathering. We had a lot of fun!

The overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The bar was good and had a happy hour. The red bar offers karaoke on Tuesdays but I personally didn’t go. I heard it was fun. The front desk was a little sloppy with the room charges but everything was right in the end.

Excellent environment, great service, great bars, lively pool area, all for a very competitive price. This place is neat and clean. Rooms were to be expected, good size and well maintained and well kept. Bars are not overpriced, and neither is the restaurant, but both offer great service and quality product. Great location and easily accessible. Being that I was only there for one night, I didn't really spend much time outside of the hotel, but didn't really feel I needed to. Comfortable and enjoyable stay, would have no problems visiting again. I recommend starting here if you are in the area.

Love the location, easy to find and easy to exit the 405. The rooms were clean, hotel front desk staff was professional helpful and a delight to deal with. Housekeeping staff were amazing, always leaving new bottled water for us. I loved that we received $5 off a day when we didn't use housekeeping, yet we still got clean towels.

The entire hotel was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a king room on the top floor which was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff put a number of tasty treats in our room for us to enjoy. The restaurant and marketplace had great selections and reasonable prices. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to stay again.

The service is great, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food is great and well prepared. The rooms are nice and comfy with lots of extra towels and space. Right in the heart of Irvine, so it's very good place to stay. I enjoyed my two nights while attending a conference at the same location!
