6 years ago, I purchased a custom made wedding set for my wife from Mark Schneider Design. It was everything I hoped and expected it would be. Recently 1 of the heart-shaped diamonds was lost from the setting and my wife was devastated. We contacted Mark Schneider and got in contact with Steven Plank. After about a 3-week search Steven was able to locate a PERFECT replacement diamond, and has made the ring look new again. We are so happy with the service and diligence of Mr. Plank and the customer support of Mark Schneider Fine Jewelry. I highly recommend this company not only for a purchase, but the peace of mind that they will do go the extra mile in the event further customer support is needed for service! Words cannot describe the level of amazing service that I have received. I am not local and my ring was damaged so I attempted to have my ring fixed by someone in town and I did not feel comfortable at all. From the second I called Mark Schneider, anyone I talked to has gone above and beyond to help me. Shipping my ring had me so nervous that I forgot to put my contact information in the package with my ring. I had been in contact with Steven multiple times before I even shipped it end when my ring arrived everyone everyone there bent over backwards to make sure they found out who it belonged to. They exceeded every expectation I had and then some. Michael (Master Jeweler) brought our ideas to life flawlessly. These three are truly some of the best in the industry. Mark himself is an absolute master artist, and did nothing but make sure you walked out with nothing less than what you wanted. I had my wedding band fixed (it broke on vacation) and two rings from my mother resized. They did incredible work. They are expensive but I knew I could trust their work. I had read so many reviews & horror stories on yelp about other jewelry stores swapping out stones or ruining vintage details by not taking care to preserve the style. I felt really confident leaving my jewelry behind to get repaired & resized and I’m so glad I went with them. You definitely get what you pay for & I have two beautiful vintage rings of my mothers that look perfect. Would recommend their services.

I'm new to Long Beach and I was looking for a trustworthy jeweler that could perform some minor repair on the prongs on my diamond as well as a polish and cleaning of my wedding ring set. They make you feel very comfortable in their store, their work is impeccable, performed on schedule (even a little early) and their prices are reasonable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience when creating a custom piece. The team, including Danielle who was my point of contact, is knowledgeable, unbelievably talented, prompt, and works to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. The team at this store is amazing. They have a jewelry shop in house too. The operation is top notch. Mark is a true seasoned artist and it shows in his pieces. If you have been unimpressed at other jewelers, come here, and you’ll receive the experience you have been dreaming about. I got a platinum wedding ring made around a 5.86 carrot, raw, uncut diamond in it. It’s bold and beautiful. Mary Beth helped me out. And Mark even took me on a tour of the place. Every time I went in there, I left happy.

Best original designs and high quality. I get compliments almost everyday for my gorgeous wedding ring. I had the opportunity to work with the master himself, Mark to design it. Our experience here was incredible! Haley did an awesome job of walking us through the process of designing a custom ring and was extremely communicative. She is very knowledgable and excited about her work. In my first meeting with her, I gave her a rough budget to work with and at every step she made sure to update us on where we were at so that we weren’t blind-sided by any costs. I asked for a very specific stone and she worked hard to find exactly what we wanted. Mark, the owner, took time to sit down with me and my boyfriend and discuss our design and the gold that we brought in to use for the ring. He is extremely personable and very passionate about his work. The sketch artist is very talented and did a great job interpreting what we were describing. She has a delicate touch with her sketching and pays attention to every detail. We were given a tour of the facility to understand how the ring would be crafted. Part of the process is creating a wax model of the band to try on before casting. This was very helpful in visualizing how the end product would look before committing to melting down our gold. My only feedback to them at this stage would be to spray paint the wax either gold or silver to help create the final look of the ring. All in all we are very pleased with our experience, the service, and especially the ring.

Mark Schneider is an amazing jeweler. I purchased my wedding ring from Mark Schneider in 2010, and just recently worked them again to order an additional wedding band. The process to order and additional custom band (to match what I already had) was seamless. I was kept informed each step of the way regarding any repairs and it was completed very quickly. The designs and quality are amazing. Highly recommend.
