Went to shop at ulta beauty with my two younger sisters and as soon as I walked in a manager walked past us and stated she was calling “PD” & us being the only African Americans inside the store at that point I felt we were being racial profiled and harassed. She intentionally walked past us multiple times stating “PD” was on arrival. There was no criminal activity occurring at this store and I feel very sad that racism is still happening, I would not recommend anyone to shop there.

Staff here watches your every move like a Hawk (Thinking we don’t notice them hovering). Definitely did not feel comfortable shopping here at all. Not sure if this is racially motivated but I will definitely not be spending here. ULTA PLEASE DELIVER BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks

It’s not comfortable shopping here and one employee kept following my sister who has a dark complexion as if she was going to steal something. So, we went to Ulta in Rialto which was more welcoming and had better customer service.

I went in for hair products and Jayln was super helpful. She answered my questions and concerns. She also told me her experience with the products I was going to buy. She was very sweet and kind. I will come back to have another positive interaction with Jayln

I visited 2 days in a row with my 2 granddaughters and received outstanding customer service from Sam/ Samantha on the sales floor. She was friendly,courteous and extremely knowledgeable as I needed help with my make-up and skin care needs as a Chronic Kidney Disease fighter and Cancer fighter...also my 17 & 15 year old granddaughters needs. Thanks Ulta we will be visiting again 😊

Super clean as always, I get much better service here than the Ontario Mills location. I think they were having some sort of event(something free from Clinique the associate said)- they were super busy. There was a bit of a line but it went super quick as they were well staffed.

Had an excellent shopping experience, very helpful in attending to my needs, friendly, they had a lot of shoppers, but that's fine, I can see why they have all the products, make-up perfume, I'll definitely come back to this Ulta Beauty

Came to this location to get a haircut. Taylor did a very good job and knew how to cut & style my curly hair. She was very nice.

Always great here. The staff is very knowledgeable, and always ready to help. This is definitely my home store.

It's a good place to find a variety of products. I can say everyone is helpful! Maybe too helpful. Sometimes I just want to browse.... However I do love that you can return a product for an exchange of equal value. Sometimes a product just doesn't agree with our skin. So that's a really nice policy. Also I'd you have the credit card there are great point to be earned and really good deals on the app!

HAIR COLOR SERVICE!!! The first time I went there for the highlighted, half of my hair got damaged. I didn't complain initially, thinking it might have been due to my hair's condition. They said after the third time it will be great! However, on my second visit, my hair was highlighted again and the result was various shades of blonde/orange. On my third visit, I changed my stylist and the Elite stylist did this job!!! You can see it in the picture!! My 7-year-old daughter could have done better. The biggest concern is how I can fix the color and damage, my hair looks terrible!!!!

I usually order online and pick it up at the store. The clerks are very personable. If I have a question, they take the time to address it. One of the best customer service companies.

Please try to hire less racist/prejudice staff. I had the same person follow me around and kept asking the same question at least 3 or 4 times.And I wasn’t even in there for 15 minutes. I couldn’t shop in peace without her bothering me. There’s making sure a customer is fine and there’s pestering a customer, and she was definitely pestering me. I love it the products here and it’s the closest one to me. But please do better.

Josephine and Corina are the best in salon! I’ve gotten my hair done with both of them before and I loved it! I recommend them 110% (:
