For this place having gone viral multiple times, the vibe was just not there. 1st, it’s inside a salon, making it incredibly awkward to walk into when people are getting serviced feet away from you AND it makes it so cluttered and way too many people in the tight space. 2nd, the customer service is absolute trash here. I get the whole aesthetic is “anti-b!tch” but the workers were opposite of that. Weren’t really helpful at all, looked at me like i was stupid when i ordered, and just overall were not friendly. My friend and I both ordered a version of peach tea, they looked exactly the same and we asked which one is which and the girl goes “that ones the peach”… my friend and i looked at each other confused because we both ordered a type of peach tea. She looked at us like we were idiots and finally said that one had the peach jelly in it. 3rd, the drinks were fine but definitely not worth the $5+ price tag. I’m visiting from out of state but i know my local friend won’t be back and i won’t be going out of my way again to come here. Overall disappointing

Really cool place. Love everything except that they don’t have WiFi or outlets. The coffee and great. Most of all, I love that they have house made Almond Milk - raw squeezed!

Fantastic experience. It’s tacky in all the right ways. Perfect for a selfie but the food and drinks are actually delicious! They know their way around an espresso machine and the burrito I had was perfect. They don’t skimp on ingredients, and there’s just so many choices. I’ll definitely be back.

Every time I'm in the area for work and make the attempt to check this place out, it finally happened! Such a cute little coffee shop that sells amazing drinks! Just look at the pictures too! You'll love being there!

This is one of the cutest coffee shops I've ever been to. We only purchased beverages, however, there was a line to get in. Food is served at this location. The atmosphere was great. There is seating in the patio area. Definitely on my list to visit again.

This is the cutest coffee shop I’ve ever seen. It’s really hard to not be in a good mood when you walk in. I love the menu item descriptions and tried the detox latte with charcoal and espresso and was surprised with how good it tasted. During my second visit, I tried one of their sandwiches and it was absolutely delicious. Their crack sauce is too good. I appreciate all the vegetarian options on the menu. I was so excited that they even have a bar and a drink menu. The champagne and chill drink was gorgeous, tasted delicious, and they used a nice selection of champagne. I also tried to latte with espresso and turmeric, which was great. All the staff are super friendly too and the music they play is perfect for the vibe.

Coffee Dose is a fun little spot for coffee, tea, and some delicious bites to eat. Their matcha lattes are fantastic and they have some good coffee options, but I was really surprised by their food. The chilaquiles were delicious but the real star of the show was the Honeycomb Ricotta. OMG it is divine! I keep coming back specially for this and usually get one of their matcha options with it. But spreading the warm ricotta and honeycomb on those toast slices is dreamy and is a must-try if you come to Coffee Dose.

Wow we drove around and around. This place is definitely out of business. Funny yelp knows this but it’s another big fail for google. A waste of time and now it’s too late to get coffee. I guess they were wrong. Their sign from a photo states they survived the pandemic so they would survive your Yelp review. Nope.

Super cute! Love the theme and attitude of the place. The coffee wasn't bad either.

Coffee Dose's best location yet. The atmosphere just feels a lot different than the other locations Staff was so nice and caring, fast service, great food, amazing coffee. Wish every spot had the same energy! :) Plus, the whole design is so aesthetically pleasing! And not too busy or crowded in the morning.

Adorable, and the food was amazing! I went mid week and there was no line and plenty of seating. Went back on the weekend and the line was out the door! Still, service was quick and everyone was nice. I didn’t mind the wait even with my three kids in tow. It’s nice that they have coloring sheets for the kids, mine enjoyed it and the food too(they can be picky). The waffles were their favorite. Can’t wait to go back!

Located in a beautiful scenic location at Newport Beach. Ordered their Best Seller The Goldie Coffee. The taste was good with a blend of cinnamon and oat milk. The interior design had a Barbie (pink) theme. Good for younger ladies ( considering all ladies are young). The interior gives mostly a Resturant feeling than a coffee shop feeling but there are outside (with shade) seating. My outdoor table was not much clean but okay.

Gentle monster with smoked salmon And Nutella waffle were good But they somehow forgot our order and made us wait 40minutes for the food. Other wise, good place to visit when it is not too busy! I like the unique vibe and interiors.

Thought I came to this trendy joint for the coffee, turns out their food is pretty good too. Not thrilled with my choice of iced Matcha detox - but the turmeric latte ‘the Goldie’ was yummy and ‘the Beauty’ with lavender had a very fresh lavender flavor. Expect to wait in a line (we went at 9:30am on a Sunday) and give the Gentle Monster Sammy a try. Bread was so soft and came with truffle kettle chips. Best part of the visit. Plus, line moved quickly and drinks and food didn’t take too long!

Consistently good coffee tucked in the corner of a salon. Outside seating only on street and small back patio for non-salon customers. Some food and pastry options. Cute, edgy (be careful where you take the coffee cup with their PG 13 snippets), but friendly vibes.

Eclectic coffee shop. Great spot to grab a coffee, some pastries and get a haircut. You have to see it for yourself. Lots of cool gift items too. One of the best things of all...They say “no” to Karens. I really enjoyed my time here.

Good, but not great. My bone broth waffle was interesting, but not necessarily yummy. The mocha without coffee was supposed to be hot chocolate, but it really didn't taste much like chocolate. Parking was difficult since it was a busy morning. The barista called my name for the drink, but it was hard to hear. The prices were a bit higher than what I expected to pay for a waffle and a drink. There were some funny stuff written on the cups, walls, and windows, but I would not be able to bring a kid here since some words were cuss words. Freedom of expression is understandable but no need to be cussing publicly.

Great service, great food, great coffee, great atmosphere! We waited for about an hour to sit down and an additional 20 minutes to get our food on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I was nervous we wouldn’t get a seat because seating is first come first serve and it was packed, but we got seats as soon as we ordered. I recommend coming at a slower time for an optimal experience but I will definitely be back.

A very instagramable place. Quirky, every product/dish/ coffee comes with a sense of humor.

This is a really fun location. Great atmosphere. Tons of guests on a Friday morning. It is a little edgy, which many would like. Language may not be for children though. The matcha latte is great. The chai latte was okay, but most people probably order something coffee based anyway.

Super cute and trendy! Love their bone broth waffles and Gentle Monster with smoked salmon. You can taste the hint of bone broth with a touch of sweetness and rosemary flavor. Very distinct flavor. Sandwiches come with truffle potato chips. Highly recommend!

Inappropriate and fun. Great atmosphere and wide choice of food/drinks. Wish there was more outside seating to enjoy the sun! Cookie was my favorite part!

Love the vibe in this place. Coffee is always good and the breakfast burrito hits the spot. It's also a great location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend

You come to this place for the aesthetic. It’s such a cute vibe with colorful walls, neon lights, and funny signs. Got there on a Saturday afternoon and the line was out the door. Dogs aren’t allowed inside so we sat on the patio. We ordered pumpkin coffee, Nutella waffle, and the breaky sando basically and egg sandwich. The waffle was crispy the way I like it and had this whipped butter on top that was really good.

First time here with my daughter. I had a ton of questions regarding the menu (everything looked yummy) and they were extremely friendly in answering. Cocktail and wine options were great. Can't wait to go back.

This place is great! The drinks are always a home run and the place is super cute. Located inside of a hair salon, this place has a lot of charm. They have seating outside in the front and a rear alleyway. Parking is behind the building. They have a lot of keto options.

Very nice place, food is delicious (presentation is gorgeous) and great atmosphere 👍 👏 always busy which is good, for brunch you might have to wait a little bit in line or an open table but it's worthwhile.

It is cool little spot and it was crowded when we arrived but worth the wait, also the food was served quickly. Also they have gluteen free options.

  • 5/5 Cyndi G. 3 years ago on Google
Keto fans pay attention. They have keto coffee, keto cookie dough, keto donuts and more... the space is fun but small. There’s seating in the alley in the back and also on the sidewalk. It’s in a salon too

Got the turmeric latte (The Goldie) as it was recommended by the cashier and it was great! There is a nice cinnamon spice flavor that complemented the espresso really well. This is a cafe where people go to socialize. The vibes are great and even on a Monday afternoon it was poppin! Service is fast and there are plenty of seats. Forewarning: don't expect to get any laptop work done here though, they don't have wifi or outlets. There is great music but it's loud and there are a lot of conversations all around. Wouldn't bank on getting any reading or deep work done here
