After spending hours with a custom jeweler designing two one-off diamond/white gold pendant multiple thousand dollar necklaces, then waiting 6 weeks for the finished product, the store ruined the surprise by handing both open pieces to my fiancé. Then, after less than a month owning them, one of the clasps broke. We took it in and the store manager informed me of the REPAIR price. I’d rather pay a custom jewelry small business to install a better clasp than ever give my money to this chain store ever again.

Couple days ago I went to this location to buy three watches, with no doubt I bought from Yara just because of her great customer service, honestly, professionalism. This is what the client is always looking for, someone honest and not pushy, classy and very knowledgeable about the product. Thank you Yara for making my experience at Jared really good and smooth.

Where can I start? I had nothing but a wonderful and amazing experience at Jared in Metro Pointe at South Coast! They absolutely took care of me and took me step by step in building an engagement ring that came out amazing. I just want to thank the manager Marsha for showing me the best hospitality and making me feel welcome. Melanie is THE BEST! My husband and I came in on our 1 year wedding anniversary! We finally decided to get our wedding bands! Melanie was top notch customer service all the way! Melanie and Ardeshir were the best. They were both super sweet and helpful. They made sure we get exactly what we want. We got a gorgeous wedding band and two of our rings engraved. We sent them Starwars quote to have them engraved on our rings since we were getting married on May the Fourth (May the Force be with you :D) and they turned out amaaaazinggg😍 Had a wonderful experience. I had such a great experience when coming into the store. I came in with a question for jewelry repair, a necklace I received as a gift was damaged. The associate who helped me was Melanie and she was very understanding and was able to resolve my issue with such compassion. I definitely will be making any future jewelry purchases at this location and recommend to everyone!

Josh at the south coast location was absolutely phenomenal. Best customer service I have ever experienced. He was so patient, kind, and complimentary. I probably would not have bought anything because I came in for a cleaning and maintenance but his sales appeal sealed the deal for me to treat myself for two new rings! The customer service here is unsurpassed. Every time my (now) husband and I have gone to the store, they've been educational about the options and went the extra mile to get what we wanted. It's wonderful knowing if we go every 6 months for an inspection and cleaning of my rings, they will cover if anything happens to it. I love the rings we got, too.

If you're looking to have your jewelry repaired or just refreshed, look no further. Tony and Matt in the Jared Workshop returned a 30 year old platinum and gold band to it's former glory (resized it too as I've put on a few pounds). It wasn't a particularly easy job as the many polished gold semi-circles were indented, and the platinum brushed. And Valerie Vivian was so friendly and professional, explaining the options patiently and following up promptly. Thoroughly satisfied!

We had an amazing experience with the salesperson, Art! He was super helpful in giving us more information about white gold and yellow gold (we were previously very confused). He also kindly offered to clean our jewelry and was attentive to us from the very beginning! He offered honest opinions which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend coming to this Jared !

Will was so helpful when I came in for a ring cleaning. I only had about a week before my wedding, so I was unsure what my last minute options were. He let me know what my ring warranty covered, was very prompt and knowledgeable with the process. Came here to get my ring inspected to keep it updated and they wanted us to wear a mask even with the mask mandate no longer in order and lifted. I am on medical leave for Ada and personally it is from the masks and chemicals used in my workplace. They would not accept that. That there was a violation of my medical rights. because they were not willing to serve me and said I could not leave my ring there for them to inspect. My husband was even willing to wait outside. Honestly the only time these people act like they want your business is when you come in to buy. After we purchased my ring 7 years ago but come in to check it. They're smiles go away and hospitality. And that's why we stopped buying jewelry here now I remember.
