I went to Jeweler's Touch in search of my engagement ring and what I found was the most incredible jewelry store EVER! The staff there was super friendly and just plain AWESOME. Jimmy helped me pick the perfect stone and find just the perfect setting and wedding band to fit my budget. They had BEAUTIFUL jewelry there. The store is huge so they had lots of options. They do their own repairs and stuff onsite.... you can watch them through the window! Plus, they also said that they buy gold and estate items if you are interested in that. And when I was all said and done my fiance and I took a picture with my beautiful new ring in front of their "Love Wall" which was done by the famous artist Ruben Rojas! Highly recommend!

My fiancee and I purchased my wedding ring from Jeweler's Touch just a few weeks ago. The ring was a special order and is one that can't simply be resized. When it arrived I tried it on straight away only to find that it was too large. We emailed Jeweler's Touch, but it was somewhat late so neither of us expect to hear anything back right away. Shockingly, Jimmy got back to us within the hour and went to unthinkable lengths to remedy the situation. We live pretty far from the store (~50 miles), yet Jimmy offered to drive all the way to us the next day. He personally resize me and ordered a replacement in the smaller size. This easily added a few extra hours of work onto his day, not to mention the frustration of dealing with LA rush hour traffic. With this caliber of service, we would be hard pressed to go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. Thank you agin Jeweler's Touch and thank you in particular Jimmy! You are a gentleman and a scholar!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and his wedding band from Jewelers Touch 12 years ago. We have since moved to MN and were back in CA for a quick visit. Brandon was fabulous and was able to get my ring repaired and cleaned in less than 24 hours before we had to leave. It’s worth a trip to CA to continue using Jewelers Touch, we haven’t found another jeweler that compares!

This is a lovely store that I had no previous experience with. Unfortunately, I placed an order for a fairly inexpensive charm that involved customization. Long story but there was some confusion, before straightening out the confusion, my sales person went on holiday and I was experiencing a very disappointing delay. Thanks to Corey stepping in and bending over backwards, we got the job done. Corey was a delight to work with and truly went above and beyond in every way possible. There are bound to be mistakes, it boils down to how the issue is resolved that determines my feelings on the outcome. I will be back.

When I entered the jewelry store, I was warmly greeted and received great customer service. Their jewelry is beautiful and there's a wide price range for whatever you are looking for.

I went to Jewelers Touch to have some gold chains repaired but ended up buying a few items. They were so friendly and professional. They even cleaned my rings for free while I looked around. Brandon is so helpful and knowledgeable about jewelry and stones. I will definitely go back to buy more jewelry.

This jewelry store is the best store we have ever been to. Great selections. All the people that work there are very incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Brandon and he took his time with us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. They also did a ring repair that we were very pleased with. We will be back again.

First time needing to get my jewelry professionally fixed and I'm so grateful for the wonderful experience I had at this store. Kelly was amazing help and she shared so much information about how to best keep my jewelry in tip-top shape. She was also very informative with prices and never came off pushy or salesy. She was upfront with costs, and also offered delicious treats that the store was giving out complimentary-- homemade cookies!!!! Lol. I'm sold and will be coming here for all my jewelry repair needs. Five years ago I started a birthday jewelry shopping tradition with my daughters. We have such fun trying on all the beautiful pieces that catch our eye and then we select the ones we love the most ❤️ Thanks Corey and Jimmy - you make us feel very special!

I got 2 gold chains repaired and got an estimate on a ring for repair. I worked with Linda who was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The work was done beautifully, fast, and at a great price. Will definitely be returning if I need any other jewelry repaired.

I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone is at Jewelers Touch. This is the only place I can trust with my inherited and gifted family jewelry. I recently brought in a charm bracelet to have the clasp replaced that my mother in law gifted me. She was given this bracelet by her father in London back in the 1950s with charms added over that decade during their travels. Very sentimental and the Jewelers Touch staff took such care from start to finish. Kelly was absolutely lovely. A few years back I had them restore a gold and amethyst cocktail ring I inherited from a great aunt. It needed major work. I wish I took before photos of the ring because the restoration was beautiful. Their mindful work has allowed me to wear these old and dear to me statement pieces in a timeless and modern way. Amazing work! Thank you!

Great experience at the brea location. Linda was awesome, showed me around the whole store and let me ask all the questions I wanted to. Ended up picking up my made-to-order ring and some goodies in the pre-owned section which had incredible deals. The selections were endless and I'll be back for some of the mens gold necklaces and/or chains. Maybe I'll come back for that Rolex when I find some extra money laying around.

This place was not only beautiful inside, everyone was so kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in someone is there to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. Brandon happened to be the person who helped me. He was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. He gave me a tour of the place and showed me all the cases of the different diamonds/ Jewelry and stations. He explained the breakdown/costs of what the work on my ring was going to cost me. (No hidden costs!) They have a little area of waters, drinks, homemade cookies while you wait. I thought that was nice. When I picked up my ring Brandon was there to go over costs again and made sure my ring was perfect again! He reminded me I can bring my ring in anytime to get it cleaned for free or any piece of jewelry. I am very happy with Jewelry Touch and recommend this place! Walked in with my fiancé looking for a ring for myself, went and stood by the ring case for 20 minutes and didn’t receive so much as a “we’ll be right with you.” One of the associates there made direct eye contact with us and still not a word. I was worried for moment that we had somehow turned invisible but I saw my reflection in the mirror and realized that wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, we’re on our way to a different jewelr.

After 30+ years of daily use, my watch finally needed repaired. I trusted Jeweler’s Touch in Brea to do the repair because friends highly recommended them. This is a big store with a large, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were very helpful and clear about my options based on my budget; they never suggested that I purchase a “new” watch [like my kids wanted me to do!]. I was thrilled that the service was completed within a few days and at a reasonable price, but most of all my watch looked brand new and runs brand new! When the time comes for a visit to a good reputable jeweler I highly recommend Jeweler’s Touch.

Brandon was SO incredibly helpful to my boyfriend and I when we looked for rings! We don’t know a lot of the details of diamonds and he helped explain pros and cons, showed us rings in different lighting, and was very accurate with showing me rings that fit my style. As a plus, this small family business offers complementary drinks and homemade cookies just for coming into their store! And they can customize! Highly HIGHLY recommend! 100x better and more helpful than any other ring shop we looked at!

Amazing service!! My daughter and I went in today to each get a permanent bracelet. It was super quick and fast! Very inexpensive permanent jewelry versus others. We both loved the bracelets. Staff was super friendly! I will be definitely going back!!

Great experience overall. My partner and I were looking for an engagement ring and this popped up as one of the top 3 rated in the OC area. We had the pleasure of working with Jimmy who was friendly and very knowledgeable. It took a while to narrow down the style but he was very patient and paid attention to what I was specifically looking for. We ended up walking away with a GORGEOUS oval cut with beautiful intricate detailing. They also have a cool selfie wall for anyone who wants to capture the moment and post on social media. This place had great customer service and provided nice amenities (chilled drinks, cookies, etc). If you are searching for an engagement ring, look no further! They've got quite the unique selection

I had the most amazing experience designing my wedding band with Jimmy. I knew what I wanted to create and he made it happen! My parents have been going to Jeweler’s Touch for over 30, where they designed their wedding rings, and I’m so glad I followed in their steps. We have always been treated like family by everyone there. This is the most wonderful jeweler. You won’t regret letting them take care of any jewelry need.

Corey is the man! He sincerely matches every once of enthusiasm you have. He has such a good knowledge of his stock and what can be made in-house that you will have every confidence in finding your dream piece. Not only was he able to find the perfect stone (and Jimmy the genius was able to break down the value of my stone and explain how they are appraised), but he was genuinely interested in the how I was going to propose. He even helped me workshop my idea and was excited to meet my fiancée. I have already been back for other purchases. Every employee is happy to be there and helpful. This is my jeweler.
