LITERALLY the filthiest gym ever ! Wish I never paid for a year membership at once because this place is insanely filthy! The equipment is old AND raggedy! Half the machines are rusted and they do not keep up with the facility. The sides of the machines are filled with dirt, dust and God knows what! They have a morning cleaning crew but they literally do nothing but wait until youre using something and then come spray chemicals by you and “wipe down”! I wouldn’t use the showers or jacuzzi if you paid me to and the locker rooms are disgusting! The weighted section Have a very weird smell and whenever I leave I have to make sure I immediately get out of my clothes. They need to shut down for a few days and clean this place up. Oh and almost no one wipes down anything they use so be sure you do!

I’d like to add to the reviews talking about how uncleanly this facility is. I decided to join back about a month ago so that I could start swimming laps, but I have been incredibly disappointed at how disgusting the pool area is. Mold is growing all around the pool and jacuzzi. The pool itself gets really dirty as well. I emailed corporate about it but still haven’t heard anything back. Super disappointing as I used to love coming here!

Black mold on walls in the gym I did the 3 day trial to test out the facility and see how things went. Glad I did the trial because I will not be joining this gym. It is disgusting how unclean this facility is I wish the city would shut it down definitely a health code violation.

Usually I never comment and try to ignore it. I have been coming to this gym for several years because the staff is friendly and makes me feel at home and as a family. But it's been a while since they're not paying attention to the equipment and cleaning the gym and more in the afternoon and at night. The place is super dirty, the bathrooms and the sauna seem abandoned. The equipment watered and full of dust. And above all, Nobody and some members without shirts without Nobody to tell them anything. In the afternoons it is super crowded that one has to wait their turn. Since several clubs closed, everyone is focused on coming to this one and it is saturated, it is a business that is understood but I do not think this is permanent.

I signed up for the free trial because I live 2 minutes from the gym. After my three-day trial, I'm disappointed to say that I'm not sure if I want to join this gym full-time. It's always overcrowded and some equipment is limited. Also, the showers and sauna are filthy. I think this gym needs a serious revamp. On the plus side, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

This gym is filthyyyyyyyyyyyy! Biggest issue for me is that the Pool/sauna area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, floors in general are filthy, tops of machines are dusty. Extremely crowded at times. Be prepared to wait a long time for specific equipment.

The pros: Equipment selection is great. I love the fact that there is never a wait for cardio machines, and there are more than enough weight training options for everyone. Hours - They are operating as a 24 hour gym, with staff at all times. More than many of their competitors can offer. Value: If you opt for the annual membership, it is a great value vs. other chains. The cons: Cleanliness: The biggest drawback, and the reason why a friend did not join after her trial. It is common that the paper towel or sanitizing spray areas need to be replenished, while machines often have items disgarded from the previous person still there (think water bottles, paper towels etc). Perhaps the worst is the amount of bugs. Whether you want to call them palmetto bugs or roaches, the place has plenty of them, and although it is very well lit and busy at all hours, if you are uncomfortable walking over or around them, don't join this place.

Been going for a while now, but this location definitely needs a remodel. The men's restroom is filthy! The whole facility looks dirty and in need of a good wipe down. The paper towels and sprayer are always in need of being replaced and restocked. The mirrors are always smudged and dirty. The equipment isn't bad. They need to hire someone to clean all throughout the day--especially peak periods. Also, have the people who watch check-in walk the floor and clean up. It doesn't take more than 1 person to watch people check in.

I was in the men’s locker room to store away my jacket when I discovered something quite disturbing in one of the lockers. Inside locker # 4 were toilet plungers and cleaning chemicals and supplies. I was in total disbelief and was shocked that these items were placed in a locker that members, including myself use to store our personal belongings. I took photos and emailed them to the GM but never received a response back. Not surprised at all. This place is extremely unsanitary. I only use the locker room to hang up my winter jacket. If it wasn’t for that, I would avoid it completely.

One of the better 24 Hour Fitness locations around this area. They are actually open 24/7, the front desk staff is always very friendly, and there is a wide selection of equipment that is usually all working. There are 6 power racks, 3 flat benches, 2 incline benches, 1 decline bench, and a good selection of dumbbells and adjustable benches to go with that. There are mostly 2 versions of each machine. Only complaint is that it gets extremely busy around 5-7pm, but just about every gym is like that.

The gym hasn’t been cleant in a while. It’s filthy everywhere now. I did bring it to their attention but nothing. It has dust, paper towels stacked under/side of every machine now. I’ll update the review if they clean it. Update as of 7/22/2023: It has gone worst. Uploading pictures for reference. The management has given up at this point. It is like this at every machine.

Late night Staff, WENDY, is rude and obnoxious. She treats the kids completely disrespectful insulting them asking them what gender they are when its very apparent, calls them uneducated and expresses she has a degree and they do not, she picks and chooses who she allows in, she tells them the system is showing incorrect birthdays even though they are showing IDS, its unbelievable this is the hired front desk staff and we intend on filing a discrimination complaint. COMPLETE POWER TRIP.

The good: cables, free weights, mix of cardio equipment, basketball court, and my favorite - pools. The bad: given the controversy with people taking pictures and videos at the gym (and pools), they don't enforce a no video/picture policy even if they act as if they do on their door. You will have people recording video and taking pictures when this should not be allowed anymore given what has been happening recently. Many people (like myself) do not want to be a part of a fitness center that allows people to record themselves or others. If they enforce this rule, it would be a better place.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. It is disgustingly dirty. Piles of hair, dust, and dirt everywhere. The women’s locker room always has dirty toilets and clumps of hair on the floors. There are very few cleaning stations and not always replenished. Machines are always out of order, and there’s a wait for anything. Almost all of the cardio machines are broken to some degree. Aside from all this, I feel uncomfortable here. The men here have staring problems, and no one minds their own business. It has gotten to the point where I can’t wear what I want nor enjoy my workouts.

Recently joined this gym. This location is one of the dirtiest gym’s I have encountered. On top of that, equipment is worn out and tired. Decent amenities but, just can’t get over how poorly this place is maintained. Glad that there is no contract as my time here will be short lived. Certainly there are cleaner gym’s in the area.

The GX studio room needs a thorough cleaning, balls of hair and dust are all over the floor. Gross! I recently signed up for membership and this is a major problem I'm finding out. Otherwise the workout classes are great and Mercy was very helpful!

Very disgustingly unclean. Staff care about their friends and working out more than being at the front desk. I got this membership because I wanted a late night gym that hopefully wouldn't be crowded. This place is always crowded til about 1 am. So machines are rarely available. But the worst part is how dirty everything is, moldy in many places. Very few people wipe down machines and the cleaning paper towels are always out. The locker rooms look like they get cleaned once a month. Considering we pay 50 bucks a month this should be much higher end. I have to figure a way out of this contract without penalty.

Worst gym staff ever. I signed up during a special and never was told I would have to pay $118 to lower it whenever I was ready. The Manager who helped me was talking to me in such a condescending tone. I had to put her on pause and say; I understand. Because I did not have to sit there and take that from her, she was so rude.

The 24 hour fitness have the BEST and most exercise classes than any other larger gym!!!! I know because I also belong to LA Fitness, Fitness connection and Crunch! I go to about 6 classes per week. They have Les Milles certified instructors! Please join the gym!! The staff are nice and it is clean!

Despite being busy this place is always clean! The staff is so friendly and always greeting you with a smile. The machines are amazing and they also have many varieties of weights. Love this place!

I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for almost 25 years now and been to most locations in the Company from California to Texas to Colorado. I have always liked this location very much due to the good equipment they have had and space to workout. Lately, it seems pretty dirty each time I go and not really being taken care of. I don't fully blame the staff itself mostly because it is up to the members to take care of this as well by putting things back and wiping equipment after it is done but this is not being done. Also went at 6 PM yesterday and was crowded beyond ability to work out.

Very big gym and mostly full throughout the day. The sauna is always packed with people. Treadmill and cardio machines are always available. Avoid fighting for weight machines if you can avoid the after work crowd.

I only got a membership here for the reason of being 24 hr. But this place is super dirty and I have yet to see any actual cleaning being done. I have a membership to another gym, different company and when you compare one to the other in cleanliness it doesn’t even come close. I’m an actual member and I will take pictures so both can be compared and their corporate can actually see. If they are paying someone to clean they are being ripped off!!!!
