I have been coming here since this location has opened. By far my favorite! They greet me by name daily. The drinks and food are always amazing! They woman in the picture has got to be one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life! Keep it up!

I always get a pink drink at Starbucks and there’s never been a problem until now. I was close to being done with my drink and i suddenly look in it and saw something black so I decide to see what it was and I pick it up and it was a bug or insect of some sort. I’m so disgusted!!!

Love it! Travel weekly to Killeen. Always stop to see Barista Erica and crew. Best drinks ever made here, esp when she makes it!!! A must stop!

Products are typically in stock but sometimes they don't have a particular flavor or cake pop. staff is always super helpful as always. Never been inside but looks nice from the drive thru.

Always friendly, the drive thru always seems pretty long but they move pretty quickly. I always order from the app and pick up inside.

So let’s talk about this location. First of all, the store always says closed online because they don’t have the correct times l from the listed. Secondly, this location gave me black coffee. No cream, no sugar. Ok. Can we get my coffee together? No. That’s not an option. So you have to depend on the staff to make you a coffee which won’t be the way you want it. You guys should stop selling plain brewed coffee and stick to all the frilly stuff. If I can’t make my coffee the lightness or sweetness on my own and I have to get an attitude from the staff because it’s not to my liking, is a real travesty. Especially since I just paid 3.50 for a cup of coffee that I could have spent the same amount at DD or McDonald’s. Shameful. Tell the green haired girl she needs to do better on a Sunday morning.

Ordered ahead for ground coffee to take home, and it was as easy as pie going through the drive thru and grabbing it! The ladies were cheerful as always!

Picked up an order to be delivered via Uber Eats. I have never ordered here for myself, but the staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite location to go to. Love the vibe and energy from everyone. I've become friends with many of them and I will go out of my way to go to this location most of the time a unless a different location is easier due to circumstances.

Always great service and fantastic drinks at this location very fast and have not had any issues. The guda sandwich is fantastic for breakfast but remember these things are microwaved. So don't think this is a 5-star food review

The clerk treated me like I was lying about their criminal air pump stealing my money! The air pump for tires will charge you $2 and give you 5psi

This place a worst customers service Kenzie took my order fist she give me the wrong food after she fixed my and started sweeping the floor I waited for more then 15 mint Then I go to the counter to check on order They lady the counter was so ridiculous and rude Don’t appreciate your business

No greeting Stood at the counter for 6 minutes before one employee said what’s up. With 7 employees working.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and they fixed it for me so I wouldn't have to drive to the other location!
