Yes I would recommend Oak St Health to everyone I know. I was 10-15 mins late but they worked with me to be seen. They were pleasant, positive and easy to talk to about medicine and my health. I would give them A+.

Started out total confusion. The staff were pleasant and apologetic. Liked the Pa and his assistant. Very pleasant and informative. Planning to stick with Oak Street Health and see what happens.

I went there for the first time 7/28/23, and when I walked out I would have given them 5 ⭐. I was supposed to follow up with them this week, and it only took one phone call for them to completely lose my trust. They apparently lost the records I brought with me from my previous provider. They took two vials of my blood in July, and didn't have any results for me. AND, they cancelled my appointment that I had scheduled for tomorrow without bothering to tell me. Talking nice on the phone doesn't make up for that.

Care people are always smiling the minute I walk through the doors. They're very polite, I can't walk very fast so. They slow down to my pase. The Dr go above n beyond to make sure your needs are met. I just 💗💜♥️ everyone that I come n contact with their

I would highly recommend Oak Street Health in Longview Tx. Very professional from front desk, lab technician, nurse and excepecially Kelley Thurston my Primary Care provider. Kelley took her time and was very caring and knowledgeable. If you looking for PCP this should be your choice. Thank you to whole staff.

Very pleasant. At the front desk, they know your name before you tell them. Short wait time. Personable. Funny in lab...laughed a lot.

My doctor is very interested to know me. She was amazing and I will stay with her,as long as she is with this company.
