When this location first opened I shopped here a few times. I have also donated here a lot as well. On my last and final visit here I was absolutely shocked to see the high prices. The women Blouses and Shirts are listed for $7.99, Sweaters are $5.99. I didn't even bother to look at the pants/jeans. There is a sign that mentioned all tagged items received an additional discount, however no shirts/blouses were tagged. A lot of the shirts I saw were more than gently worn and had stains, holes, or tears on them. The store also didn't seem as clean as it used to be. I did find 2 shirts I liked and took them to the register. The cashier wasn't friendly but she did say hello. I told her the prices were very high for used clothes and that they were comparable to "New item prices", she said "I know right". After ringing up my 2 items she told me my total for my 2 shirts was $17.29. After I paid, she handed me a receipt and said "thanks". She just stood there and looked off toward the back of the store. She didn't remove my clothes from the hanger or put them in a bag. She literally just left them on the counter after ringing them up. Once I realized she had no intention on putting my items in a bag, I removed the clothes from the hanger and placed them in a bag myself. My daughter and I just looked at each-other in confusion as we walked out of the store. I won't return to this store again, primarily because of the high prices for used items. I loved shopping here in the past when I was able to pay $1.75 - $3.00 for a shirt. I walked away feeling like I got a bargain in the past. Now I feel it's a complete rip off. To top it off, there is a large sign at the register that says, there are absolutely no refunds or returns, and all sales are final. This policy has also recently changed as well. The parking lot was pretty empty and there was only myself, my daughter and one other shopper in the store on my visit. Word of the high prices, and poor service at this store must've gotten around.

They get crazy expensive with most of their items at this Goodwill compared to others in the area. It’s nothing to see 25-30.00 for a vase or some other kind of decor item. And random books they think are worth something will be 6.97-10.97 Each! I’ve heard employees here also talking about holding things back for each other. That must be where all of their good clothes go because I rarely find any decent ones here. Prefer other locations to this one.

This location is wonderfully put together! So far an excellent selection of items. Very neat and orderly inside. Love the bid zone for high end items and antiques. Organized well by size in clothing and monochromatic in the front of the store displays as well as the shoes. Very nice touch and it looks high end. Walking in you don’t feel as if this is resell. It has the vibe of a regular retail store. I love the work goodwill does and the opportunities the organization creates. I highly recommend this location. being new it is so organized. Don’t believe any bad reviews because of people being aggravated about them not opening till mid January that’s just silly. I did a whole review on my blog and youtube video. You can look up resell review goodwill Frisco on YouTube and it should pop up! I love this location so far and I will 100% return very soon! Thank you goodwill and those who donated for all the fun finds!

I recently began visiting this particular Goodwill store, and my recent experience there was quite unusual. While in Frisco for an appointment, I decided to stop by the Goodwill to pass the time. I spent around an hour browsing through clothing and then moved on to explore other sections of the store as they brought out new items. However, during my time there, I noticed that a woman, who appeared to be of Indian descent, was following me around the store. Her behavior was quite conspicuous, as she seemed to be watching my every move. While I was taken aback by this, I chose not to confront her about it, as I genuinely enjoy shopping at Goodwill and didn't want to risk any issues that might lead to being banned. Nonetheless, this experience left a negative impression on me, and I've decided that I won't be returning to this particular Goodwill store. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that others will be aware of the behavior I encountered. It's possible that the store may have had previous issues with theft, given that they've removed changing rooms. However, treating every customer as a potential thief is not a good approach. Focusing on providing excellent customer service should be the priority. I want to emphasize that I have no intention or need to steal from the store. I can afford to purchase items, and it's disheartening to feel judged based on appearance. It's unfortunate that my experience might have been colored by assumptions. Should I have worn the most expensive clothing and carried a designer bag, would that have prevented such assumptions? I urge you to address this type of behavior, as it has caused you to lose me as a customer. I can only imagine how many others may have felt the same way. Customer satisfaction should be a primary concern, and I hope this feedback helps improve the shopping experience for others.

An already shady organization where company executives make bank, and known for exploring workers it promises to help in its literally ONLY mission in various states. This location recently removed their dressing rooms to try on clothes at the store, which makes it harder when you’re trying handmade items (what I bought) or looking at clothes from companies where a size 4 could be true to size, fit a 2 or fit a 6. Also Lowkey saw them selling a dollar tree item that I saw last year for $1.25 for $5.99 every time I learn more about goodwill the less good I see in the company

I'm am avid thrifter and shop exclusively secondhand. This is one of the worst Goodwill stores I've ever been to. High prices, incredibly disorganized, nothing is sorted by size or type, pricing is difficult to understand and not labeled. 1 star for having furniture, 1 star for the employees.

The prices are insanely high in every category. I know goodwill prices have gone up but there double the price of other stores. It’s turned into a boutique store without the quality. The manager Christine never greets anyone including people that shop there on a regular basis. I feel sorry for the employees that work there cause most of them are very nice. Unfortunately it doesn’t make sense for me to shop here anymore.

Rude employees lecturing my child. If you have an issue take it up with me, not my child. This goodwill has their items overpriced. Shein shirts for 7.99 is crazy! The employees have bad attitudes and don’t respect boundaries. Imagine working at goodwill and taking your job THAT serious. Baffling.

Prices are very high, specially on sweaters and jeans. They have good things around tho, the store is more organized since the new girl is always decorating and putting things away we they supposed to be, that new girl is always enthusiastic and kind, she helped me to find one missing shoe and check some prices, I don’t know her name I just know she is Hispanic and speak Spanish and English, she works in the morning shift over the week! The manager (the mean lady) is a horrible person and her attitude stinks. She blows 🫤

I've been to several goodwill that mark up prices but this one is on a whole other level... they actually had a FAKE purse and it was labeled as "NOT AUTHENTIC " so they knew it was fake which makes it illegal to sell knowing it's a fake . They had an $800 price tag on it.. lol . Some of their shoes are $30-$40
