My
handicapped
wife
and
I
got
there
2
hours
early,
from
a
long
drive.
I
was
told
our
room
was
ready,
but
it
would
cost
$30
to
get
in
early!
The
manager
admitted
that
our
room
was
ready,
but
we
would
have
to
pay.
I
have
been
told
before
that
a
room
wasn't
ready,
but
never
that
it
was
ready
but
I
would
have
to
pay
extra
to
get
it.
There
were,
maybe,
5
cars
in
the
parking
lot,
(and
not
many
more
in
the
morning)
so
maybe
this
is
their
way
of
increasing
profits.
Beware.
There
were
multiple,
little,
issues
(cheap
toilet
paper
and
tissues,
employee
car(s)
parked
in
porte-cochere,
a
very
small
sink
in
bathroom,
low
toilets
in
an
accessible
room,
no
safety
certificates
in
the
elevators,
and
loud
noise
from
nearby
highway)
but
I
would
not
have
posted
this
bad
review
if
those
had
been
the
only
problems.
Will
not
stay
there
again.
I
have
stayed
in
the
area
before
and
now
know
that
there
are
better
options
nearby.
Edit...In
her
response
to
my
review,
the
manager
noted
that
I
was
not
charged
the
fee,
although
at
the
time
there
was
no
mention
of
that
even
being
an
option.
We
left
a
day
early,
so
we
did
not
see
a
bill,
and
so
I
did
not
know
until
she
stated
it
in
her
response.
It
was
not
a
charge
and
refund,
it
was
never
charged.
I
have
changed
my
original
post
