SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! I booked 2 nights here, and it was $575. When I saw the hotel I canceled (because honestly the pictures online aren't accurate), I ended up going to the Home2suites and only paid $400. That's $175 LESS for a NICER place. If you wanna stay here, it's fine, but there are nicer hotels for way less money.

There is an awful smell on the first floor like cigar smoke covered by perfume. The young woman at the front desk was surly and unpleasant. She acted like every task was a huge inconvenience, and she went right back to talking on her phone after I got checked in. Still, my king room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was nice and clean, everything worked and no stale smells. Service was fantastic, employees very nice, great pool and gym, also have a laundry room and quiet location with shopping near by. Made first trip to Texas enjoyable.

I spent 5 nights here and my room was never cleaned until I demanded it! Room smoke detector had plastic bag covering it so couldn't work if needed. Bathroom light was like a strobe light flickering. Front desk staff were courteous and seemed happy with their job. Hot waffles for breakfast was nice.

The air quality seemed to be low quality while I was there. It always had an odd smell and the temperature inside didn’t seem to be regulated very well. It was generally quiet. The rooms were decent and the room service was helpful. The front desk was excellent and I could tell they enjoyed their job.

First room had a bunch of sticky stuff on the couch and on the floor. It was disgusting . Who knows what it was. The hotel staff acted right and moved us. Hotel was basic. Smelled like cigarettes throughout the lobby and elevators. Breakfast was okay and coffee was average. Seems like people live in the hotel or they have family come in and eat before school. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.

The front desk clerk Donetto has been really awesome! He definitely gets his own 5 stars from me! I called in for some information, and he was able to explain everything I asked him about. When I arrived at the hotel, he greeted me with a big smile and great customer service. The room was clean and nice. My daughter's have enjoyed their stay, and we will be back the next time we need a hotel room.

Staff were friendly, location is good, room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. I'd stay here any time. Some maintenance issues like slow elevators and uneven floor tiles but nothing too concerning, I felt it was a great value. Fast internet. Good nearby amenities.

Wonderful!! I drove 4 hrs due to a family emergency, and it was a last-minute decision. The person at the desk was VERY kind. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything I needed to calm down and relax. Thank u so much for the wonderful stay.

While short on time getting ready for a funeral, I discovered the shower in my room was broken. The diverter valve only let half the water to the shower head and it would only throw cold water. After a cold shower the front desk moved me to another room after I told them the shower was broken. The second room was much improved and even smelled better. When I left the hotel the guest in front of me checking out was checking out a day early b/c their stay was so bad...apparently their shower was broken too in addition to other things. Fitness Center: 1 Treadmill was broken, half the dumbbells were missing, the cable weight machine handle broke in the middle of me lifting and the facility has ZERO towels or sanitary wipes for the equipment Pool/Hot Tub: Filthy. Full of dirt & sand and the water was a suspect shade of yellow-tan. Hot Breakfast was decent. About the only positives I have to say were the coffee was good and the bed was comfortable.

Location is great, the rooms are also quite nice. Most importantly the service though yall! This man, Denotto , made my arrival and overall stay an absolute delight. A friendly face and lively conversation was given checking in as well as an additional complimentary snack while he had to fuss with the new system. Totally didn't have to do that but he insisted! He also switched rooms for me on the fly to better accommodate my needs and upgraded me to a suite ta boot! I travel ALOT and I tell you not everyone can make you feel welcome like Denotto did. Truly a saint 🙌

This location is very clean and I had a wonderful customer service experience with the front desk rep named Denotto. I was a little confused with the additional security hold amount on my card for my room, as there was no clarification of this during the booking process online. However, he was very friendly, explained the process to me and went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable with my stay as a first time guest. He is definitely an asset to the company! I only gave 4 stars because the owner should have a disclaimer posted that your card will be authorized for more than the price of your stay until checkout.

The hotel receptionist, Denotto, was friendly and made check-in a very pleasant experience. Good customer service has become a rarity these days, so I always appreciate coming across people who are professional and genuinely cordial. After staying here a couple of times, I will say the first stay was excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The second stay had great customer service (also Denotto), but the cleanliness of the room was questionable...mainly the bathroom.

We stayed at this la Quinta for an evening after going to Six flags. This hotel is a nice hotel conveniently located on i-30. We were headed out of town and so we decided to stay closer to Fort Worth. We had a great time the beds were clean which matters to me a bunch! The bathrooms look nice however there are some places where wear and tear have taken place. Looks like new paint had been put on this particular hotel, great stay for a budget hotel.

I stayed here with my sister and daughters for a couple of nights. Staff was friendly and made checking in and out easy. The room was clean and welcoming. The shower pressure was just right. We had fun swimming in the pool. Only con was housekeeping didnt stop by in the morning to collect trash. Besides that I would stay here again.

Bedbug.....all they did was swap my room and call some people to tear matress apart....other than that....I wont be coming back. Normally when something like this happens (from what I've heard) they'll give you credit or something. But nah, she swapped my room and called it a day.

We really just stumbled across this hotel, driving in the city late in the day, and it turned out to be fantastic. I thought it was new, but the manager said no, but it was recently fully renovated. I love how the lobby has big sitting areas for socializing, as well as the morning breakfast, which was superb. The room was super clean, quiet, and well equipped. All of the staff we talked to were super friendly and proud of their inn as a destination for the rodeo crowd from the Stockyards. We love this type of clientele also - well mannered kids in handsome cowboy gear. This is Fort Worth at its finest.

We were stranded in Dallas due to the winter storm. We got to the hotel at 1:00 am. Robert took great care of us. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome us in. He was the one bright spot in a horrific day.

My handicapped wife and I got there 2 hours early, from a long drive. I was told our room was ready, but it would cost $30 to get in early! The manager admitted that our room was ready, but we would have to pay. I have been told before that a room wasn't ready, but never that it was ready but I would have to pay extra to get it. There were, maybe, 5 cars in the parking lot, (and not many more in the morning) so maybe this is their way of increasing profits. Beware. There were multiple, little, issues (cheap toilet paper and tissues, employee car(s) parked in porte-cochere, a very small sink in bathroom, low toilets in an accessible room, no safety certificates in the elevators, and loud noise from nearby highway) but I would not have posted this bad review if those had been the only problems. Will not stay there again. I have stayed in the area before and now know that there are better options nearby. Edit...In her response to my review, the manager noted that I was not charged the fee, although at the time there was no mention of that even being an option. We left a day early, so we did not see a bill, and so I did not know until she stated it in her response. It was not a charge and refund, it was never charged. I have changed my original post from 1 to 3 stars.

Staff here was incredibly friendly. I will say that the manager did discount our room due to the fridge not working and there being mold from another guest food from a previous stay...but only $20. The perishable food that we had purchased during our travels had to be thrown out due to no working refrigerator in our room. It was a quiet stay with our pets, and I'm thankful for that. The bed was clean as well as the bathroom, however the desk wasn't wiped down after the previous guest. Also the lamp shades were dirty and there had been something spilled on the AC unit.

Giving this location 3 stars because the wifi and cable were absolutely terrible!!!! Both kept cutting in and out. There was also a heavy mildew smell in the lobby and third floor. The employees however were very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, your typical American hot style with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, orange juice, water, muffins, and bananas. Safe location and close to Walmart & Sam's club if you need any groceries.

The staff was fantastic and very responsive, both the evening desk staff and the manager I spoke to in the morning. But there was a smell of old cigarette smoke in the room and the vents in the bathroom seemed to be blowing in fresh cigarette smoke. The phone in the room didn't work. We had to request towels from the front desk to use at the pool.

This location is decent with close by shopping and restaurants. It’s also very close to the freeway providing quick access to larger venues in town. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are okay. The air conditioning unit in our room smelled like urine….unpleasant. It looks like the facility has had some recent updates, but not enough to justify the $200 cost.

Can I just say that their breakfast is simply amazing........love the eggs .....nice clean rooms......lovely bathroom......the shower was amazing....and I really liked the water pressure. That matters to me. Overall, I was impressed. Plus the staff were so polite. I'm coming back for sure.
