Small parking lot and drive thru access, but fast service and good drinks. It's by several stores. The area is called five points, each corner has different stores to choose from. (CVS, Starbucks, teriyaki food place & etc. The area has a lot a Mexican food restaurants, lots of taco selection's. I don't really know the area safe wise, but if it's just to get it and go, it's fine. The Starbucks itself is clean, parking is always packed, drive thru is always packed. But the service is quick. Customer service is ok.

One of the worst Starbucksin L.A. !!! Parking smaller than the building occupancy limit. This store closes one hour before the announced hours in the door Not working wifi. No wireless chargers on tables. Counter top from windows dirty. Even light ice is too much ice!, next time Inwill try - No ice -

Tasty chai. Relatively Clean, gender neutral bathroom. You have to get a code number. This location is kind of small. Has a parking lot.

Worst possible customer service ever experienced at a Starbucks. Lines are unbelievably long and slow causing traffic issues on the adjacent streets. Employees are slow and lazy and rather talk with each other than help out customers. Drive thru literally wraparound to streets. Horrible management here. I'd give it half a star at best.

This place is clutch when your auto mechanic doesn’t have AC. Nice ten minute walk from there. This place is generally clean. They have a drive thru. They have a parking lot. Typical star bucks place.

My first time here, I'm not sure why the register girl scratched her face with her middle finger, when I was about to order, I felt my food and coffee was threatened after that, really weird, wont go back.10/26/2022, 830 am. Use a different finger.

Great staff. They make my drink just how I like it. Other Starbucks give you milk with a splash of coffee. This location gives you a good wake up drink. Thank you for getting me through the day.

Very nice Starbucks! I got a freshly brewed coffee and it was great, The music choice was amazing too and the staff are wonderful too.

This star bucks is just like the rest except more Latino x than the rest. More bathrooms are for customers only, and are great. The only thing worth writing about is the service, I've been served by so many different baristas that I lost count. And no matter how many new ones I get to serve me the orders are always down for checked and always correct. what else do you want, right?

Always greeted when I walk in here which I do more often than I'd like to admit lately! Work nearby. Order on the app and my drink and/or food is always ready when I walk in.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks! The baristas are awesome, and remember my name and favorite drink. Lizbeth is by far the most amazing person there, yes I'm playing favorites lol 😆 I have nothing but good things to say about this Starbucks

I enjoy Starbucks all the time so I buy it in any city I'm at but damn it's surprised me how the Starbucks service in El Monte is what's making it the new McDonald's. Careful with Jocelyn who works there at night gives attitude while you order, forgets to give you a straw gets angry rolls her eyes forgets to put caramel gets more angry and rolls eyes proceeding to charge extra for what is already comes in the drink. When asking why 2 drinks came out to $18 she said you want it or not?! I don't care.

this starbucks is absolutely horrible and the service is disgusting. i was told to come in so that they could remake drinks and i drove an hour just so they could only for them to say they couldn’t because my order wasn’t in the transactions even though it’s not my fault. i also provided a sticker from the order to prove that i went on the date and time i said. only to be treated like trash by the person there. i don’t know her name but she was this big lady who had awful attitude.
