Located right off the 10 FWY off Grand Exit behind the Arco Gas station. Closed on Mondays. Not your typical "wait to be seated" restaurant... You order & pay at the counter, are given a number and find a table where they'll deliver your food. It can feel more like a fast food environment since there's no waiter/waitress assisting tables, but with a modern setting. The wait depends on time and day of the week you visit. Food is delicious, authentic Peruvian taste with great presentation and generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff, competitive prices, the restaurant is clean and has outside seating. I tried their "Tallarín Verde con Bisteck" which is a Pesto Linguini topped with a grilled filet mignon and their "Chaufa de Pollo" which is fried rice with chicken, eggs and green onions, both delicious. Overall I was satisfied with this restaurant and service, I look forward to trying more of their menu items.

Visited Misky Misky Cocina Peruana for the first time last week and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is behind the gas station and offers plenty of parking. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. You are required to order and pay for your food prior to seating. They offer a lot of traditional peruvian dishes. The staff is very nice and attentive. We ordered the chicharron de calamar, tallarin verde con pollo and chupe de camaron. The chicharron de calamar (fried calamari) was fried to perfection; the creamy sauce complemented the fried calamari very well. The chupe de camaron (shrimp chowder) was delicious; the broth was very rich and they are not cheap about the shrimps; the chowder is very hearty and flavorful (keep in mind that the shrimp comes with the head). My husband ordered the tallarin verde con pollo (green spaghetti with chicken), which is his go-to dish when eating peruvian food and he loved it. If you are in the area, I highly recommend Misky Misky Cocina Peruana.

First time dinning at Misky Misky and the food is delicious. I am Peruvian myself and their flavors are on point. Feels like home. Would recommend 5/5 just because of the flavors, authenticity and nice service. !!! WARNING : it is really busy and we had to wait 40 min for our food, and the prices are pricey but it was worth it though!!! Will be coming back soon. And don't forget to try their empanadas de ají de gallina, Lomo, and spinach with cheese. I recommend them all.

Misky Misky is one of the best and most authentic Peruvian food options I've found in the SoCal area. I visited Lima and Cusco over 5 years ago and have been looking for and wide for a decent option here in California. I think I finally found it. This place has amazing food + drinks with pricing that doesn't break the bank! Here's what we ordered: - Lomo saltado, $21 (rate 5/5): this was my personal favorite dish of the evening. Most Peruvian places overcook the meat, and use subpar cuts of beef. Misky Misky uses cuts of filet mignon and has a generous heaping portion of it over fries served with onions, tomatoes, and white rice. This dish is a MUST order. - Ceviche de pescado, $20 (rate 4.5/5): the restaurant recommends that you try the ceviche mixto that comes with fish, squid, and mussels, but we wanted the one with just fish. We love how much aji limo (lime juice) they put in their ceviche, and it comes with all of the standard Peruvian style fixings - Peruvian corn, yam, and red onions. Huge portion too! Must order! - Chupe de camarones, $18.50 (rate 4/5): this is a shrimp corn soup served in a creamy base, chowder style over rice, potatoes, and kabocha. It's a great dish if you want something soupy and creamy to complement your other dishes. Lots of full size shrimp (with head on), prob about 5-6 full ones, in the soup as well. - Yuquita a la Huancaina, $10 (rate 3.5/5): Yucca fries were decent. The green sauce with them is perfect. - Peruvian brownie with lucuma ice cream, $8 (rate 5/5): I have a sweet tooth so this was a must try. The lucuma ice cream has a very unique taste - it's almost like a lighter butterscotch with a slight maple taste. It's from a Peruvian fruit called lucuma. The accompanying brownie bites with it were soft, gooey, and light. MUST ORDER THIS. - Large maracuya (passion fruit) juice, $5 (rate 5/5): get this juice! It almost tastes like pineapple juice and when you see the size of the Large, your eyes will pop. - Empanadas to-go, 6 for $18, 1 for $3.50 (rating TBD): I ordered a half dozen empanadas to go and got all 3 types - Lomo saltado (beef), aji de gallina (chicken), and spinach and cheese. I'll try these tomorrow and report back. We were very very satisfied with this meal and the service was excellent! You order at the register and then sit down at a table of your choice with the number on your table. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon and will bring more people with me. ¡Que deliciosa!

Went there for a business lunch with a few guests. It is a hybrid fast food place where you order the food at the register and they bring it to your table. The food is authentic and very tasty. The service is efficient and the staff very friendly. Overall a great experience and good value.

Great food. Order before you get a # and seated. Expect a long wait as good as prepared fresh. Took them 50 min to prepare our food.

Love their beef empanadas and fried calamari. I stopped by for an afternoon snack and a peruvian beer.

The newest detail is you order at the counter then sit. We had a larger party 12+ and we had to still do the same so the style isn't so much restaurant in that aspect. Very spacious, staff was super friendly. Food was cooked to order, all dishes were very flavorful and beautifully presented. Always will return! To-go is just as good! Coffee was perfection!

The food was amazing. I am not a fan of the "Sizzler/Carl's jr" style of service. It makes it hard to anticipate all of your needs when you are forced to order everything before you are even seated. There is no way to know how much to tip. I definitely prefer full service when I dine out.

Maybe I went on a bad day but I wouldn't give them another chance for a good day. I was excited to try this place especially having 4.5 star average review but I guess that's out of 10 stars. Pros the restaurant was clean service was good and I finished my meal. Cons the food was below average especially the empanada

Food is delicious. I got pollo saltado. Good flavor. I do miss pre covid days when they use to serve the peanuts with a salsa. Portions have gotten smaller and now you order at the counter and pay and then seat yourself. They give you a number and bring your food out.

The food tasted good but the chicken in the pollo saltado was dry. It’s as if the chicken had already been cooked and was reheated. The flavors were good but the dry chicken lowered my rating. I came in during lunch time and as a way to save time they might have made the chicken in advance. I will try them again another time but will try their lomo saltado instead.

Review is based on my experience when I got to the venue, not the food itself. From the street, it looks like it's a sit down restaurant with table service. However, as soon as I walked in, I was "welcomed" by a sign that said, "Please order and pay before you sit down." Definitely not a restaurant with table service. There's a Chipotle-style assembly line with a menu over it. Despite the reviews online, I opted for another place as I wasn't in the mood for a cafeteria-style meal.

I didn't like the fact that you have to order and pay before sitting. Our food got cold fast because we're sitting under a vent, these vents are all over the ceiling. The food is ok, but not great, I ordered chicha morada and it's all watery. I'm disappointed because I couldn't enjoy my food.

Great food, good portions and fair price on lunch menu. Unfortunately they are still stuck in COVID style service. Order at counter, though it is set up like a sit down restaurant and there isn't really an order counter. You can dine in and they do bring food to table.

Food is delicious atmosphere are phenomenal. But the seating itself is okay... you order like 3 to 4 plates and then Seated in a tiny table which is unrealistic.... other than that it's great

Great place to stop by for a quick lunch. Food is really good, and you can't beat their prices for good quality Peruvian food. Their sauces are also increíble!

The signature beef dish was sautéed with hugeeeee flame- super tasty! We also loved the cilantro beef stew, but the peas and carrots were kind of unnecessary 🧐 also loved their calamari ceviche and beef empanada 🥰 will come back again!
